A great day out with a mix of canoeing, walking and catamaran. Each gave a different way to enjoy the beauty of the Abel Tasman area. Informative and helpful staff. Thank you!

We first sailed with a Catamaran to Anchorage bay from Kaiteriteri. Then walked about 13 km the Abel Tasnan Coasttrack to Marahau. We were picked up neatly on time by Claudia at the parking lot near Marahau. She told me at the bus stop what the plans were today. Claudia is a very nice lady and told beautiful stories during the Catamaran trip. When we arrived in Kaireriteri we had about an hour to eat something. The skipper told his safety story very carefully but also lightheartedly and funny. Nice and happy guy. I believe his name was Marco. He was from Yugoslavia, but spoke English very well. Along the way there was coffee, tea and biscuits. Along the way we could take pictures of seals and beautiful locations. Along the way you could swim yourself. The boat dock took about 2 hours. Arriving at Anchorage bay the beautiful hike back started. First piece is fairly heavy then on and off. Beautiful views and enjoyed the small paths along the mountains. It is about 3 to 4 hours walking including many photo opportunities. Overall a wonderful experience with nice people. Recommended

The trip was efficiently organised and we thoroughly enjoyed the catamaran trip to Anchorage Bay. Walk back, especially the first section, was more strenuous than expected. We were surprised to find that some in our trip were taking the catamaran both ways. We had not seen this option advertised, so perhaps offering this option in the advertised trip would be good.

A lovely leisurely sail in the Abel Tasman. From the pick up at the car park to boarding the catamaran, everything was well organised. the sailing conditions were perfect and the friendly crew made it a fantastic few hours until we were dropped off at Anchorage beach for our hike back. Whilst the hike back through the national park was wonderful at the time we both wished we could of just sailed backed and enjoyed the views and weather

Fabulous day with lots of dolphin and seals, beach time with paddle boards, and a hike. We had a delicious lunch on board. Captain Martin was a wealth of knowledge about the history of the park and really personable. Highly recommended!

Chilled amazing experience. We were lucky to have a sunny day and the boat was not busy. Our skipper Martin was very relaxed and provided a good tour and interesting information about the area. we saw seals. The hike back to our car was not too taxing (first 2km are steep) but the rest is lovely with some beautiful coves to visit for a swim. Great to go at your own pace with no time constraints. Would book again.

This was a great combination of sailing the beautiful Tasman Sea to Anchorage Bay and then walking the amazing coastal back to Marahau. It was a great day, and I would do it again!
