A historic building in its own rite, as well as a filming location for the classic Halloween movie, Hocus Pocus. A fitting location for the start of the tour. Note: We'll stop at this location, we don't go inside.
John Ward House
Historic location. 330 years ago this is where the house of Sheriff Corwin, the High Sheriff of Essex county stood. In the scope of the trials he acts as the warrant issuer, interrogator, and torturer, amongst others. Note: We'll stop at this location, we don't go inside.

The tour makes absolutely no adjustments if it is cold and extremely wet. The conversation could be had in a meeting place and then the group walked, if they wanted, to the various locations. The final destination, the memorial, is important.
