What To Expect
Enjoy a day of adventure in the National Marine Park. Snorkeling in the clear water of koh wao. A coastal exploration through the Islands of the National Marine Park. Then onto the lookout point overlooking the emerald lake and surrounding islands. After a traditional Thai lunch, we then cruise onto mini James Bond Island for a photo opportunity. After you have observed the beauty of this Island you have the time to swim, sunbathe or going on a short guided Kayaking tour around the Marine Park. 09:00 - Pick up from your hotel 09:30 - Speed boat departs Koh Samui 10:30 - Snorkeling at Koh Wao 12:00 - Coastal Cruise of the National Park 12:45 - Discover the emerald lake and view point. 13:45 – Traditional Thai Lunch @ Koh Paluay 14:45 – Swimming / Kayaking / Relaxing on the beach 16:00 – Scenic cruise back to Koh Samui 16:30 – Mini-bus transfer home All private tours include: Mini-bus transfer, English speaking guide, Captain, Soft drinks, bottled water, Snorkeling equipment, Life Jackets and Insurance. Lunch is prepared and served in a quiet restaurant in the National Park. For lunch we organize a basic Thai set menu starting from 300 baht per person or you enjoy a fresh Seafood Lunch with Crab, Prawns, Fish, Tom Yan soup, Fried rice, Pad Thai and fresh fruit for only 500 baht per person. If you have small kids we offer Plain rice or fried rice with some fried chicken for 150 baht per person. There is a small charge of 300 baht per person for entrance tax into the National Marine Park and the price of one Kayak is 400 baht for 2 people.

5.00Pro experience from the private pick up and drop off to the boat. The boat was clean and well stocked and the staff were amazing with our kids. On the we encountered a storm but the crew did an excellent job of making sure we all felt safe and secure.
Excellent service and attention for all ages in our family.

5.00The boat was well equipped and maintained. Hong, our guide, was wonderful and super engaging and playful with the younger kids in our family. Nut and Film - our other crew members - were equally attentive and friendly. Overall we had a fantastic and well executed day! It started with picking us up at the beachfront of our hotel, then to the Angthong Marine Park (we visited first to avoid the large crowds so that the climb up and down to the Emerald Lagoon wasn’t rushed for our little hikers), then to a spot north of the park to privately snorkel, followed by lunch (we preordered so that the food was ready for us when we arrived), next to a private beach cove (which unfortunately was covered with plastic rubbish but our team quickly cleaned the beach with help from us) and then back to the beachfront of our hotel in Bophut. The experience was fully enjoyed by all in our family, from the youngest to the oldest. I highly recommend this company - booking was a breeze and communication up to our tour and throughout our experience was impeccable.

Everything was very private and not crowded (except the expected national park.) crew was top notch and very helpful, wonderful lunch - everything was incredible and we’ve done dozens of private charters across the world. Don’t hesitate, just book this and you won’t be disappointed.

5.00We took a boat for just us ... we left early ... sea was flat on the way out . Great captain and mate and "guide". Going out early you might snag a "private" beach which can be yours until you leave ... very safe boat ... wind up in the afternoon but great boat in a little choppy sea on run home. Could not fault the day

5.00This is our second year doing this trip. We’re lucky enough to have done private boat trips all over the world. Nothing beats this boat and crew. Captain Tony, Josh and India took exceptional care of our party including elderly parents. Nothing was too much trouble. Let me give you one example. We stopped at a beach for a swim and sit in the shade. Another group had left rubbish on the beach (Shame on them) and as we were getting ourselves together to disembark they went down onto the beach and cleared away the debris so it would be nicer for us. That’s is just one example of what was simply outstanding service. The boat is also clearly well looked after and cared for. We had a coffee after the trip next to the marina/mooring and watched them clean down everything with care and attention - including the underside of the canopy! We can’t recommend this boat and crew highly enough. A+++

5.00Wow! We had a brilliant day on this trip. The marine park is incredible and seeing it on a private tour made it even better. Our host, King, managed the schedule so we experienced all stops privately, which included private lunch and private beach. Whilst expensive, I would 100% recommend this and it was our best day in Thailand!

5.00After reading many angthong reviews we decided to push the “boat” out and go with SAMUI boat charter. It is not cheap but considering this is probably a once in a lifetime trip we didn’t want take a risk. We are so glad we did as we managed to avoid nearly all the crowds, experience the park in all its glory and had an unbelievable lunch, probably the best meal we’ve had in Thailand so far. Thanks so much to the team for a as fantastic day.

5.00This boat trip was truly outstanding. The guide picked us up from our villa and took us to the boat and stayed with us all trip. It was a magical day, packed full of entertainment from snorkeling, a trip to a private beach (only reached by a boat), to a tour of the beautiful Angthong National Marine Park. All the crew were very pleasant and incredibly attentive, they were all keen to ensure we had the very best experience and they certainly succeeded. I would highly recommend it.
