4.00The crew was very welcoming. The views were picturesque. The amount of time on tour was perfect. The only improvement would be to improve the dinning area and chairs. The chairs were a bit dirty with stains.
Wrong ad about cruise time and I lost all 4 tickets.

1.00I didn't even get to do this. I booked through Expedia. It did not give me any specific time but it listed available cruise times. I called a day before to confirm. Nobody answered. Left a voicemail. Next day, they still didn't call me. I called at 3pm. They told me the cruise was over for the day although Expedia website says 5:30pm as a last cruise. The lady told me to call Expedia. I called Expedia, got transferred multiple times, ended up wasting an hour and I did not get the refund. It was not worth spending any more minute on the phone trying to resolve this issue while I was traveling with my family so I gave up and hung up. Very disappointing experience.
