5.00Informative and enjoyable. We did not know Much about San Diego prior to this trip. This cruise was a good intro to the city.

1.00It was way oversold. No room for people to sit. Staff tried to grab chairs for people and got in trouble by the crew. Crew were fairly rude. Unless you want possible standing only for 2 hours rethink. If you chose to stay inside there is zero airflow.

4.00A large company tour group were let loose to bring extra chairs to the balcony and crowd families sitting at their tables with their children, taking chairs from their tables and setting up so close to us that I couldn’t even leave my table to get a beverage, it was extremely rude and the tour guide woman was not even saying anything to them, the children were getting chairs snd setting up at the railing right between people, nudging older people over until they had to get up and move, it took all my control not to scream at this extremely large group of invasive rude people and their children, cutting in front of people, outside of this group it was a very nice ride down the canal, I loved hearing about the sites, history and just about the naval ships, thank you very much, well worth the cost for a 1 hr tour

5.00Really enjoyed this tour. Tour guide was very informative and we saw some really cool things, including sea lions, dolphins, and of course, the naval ships. Highly recommend.

4.00The cruise was good. The commentator was hard to hear. He had a soft voice or the microphone wasn’t set high enough. What I heard was interesting but I wish I could have heard everything. I think a lot of people gave up listening because by the second half of the trip nobody was listening and they were talking to themselves. Also, we booked the 2 hour tour. But we spent 20 minutes half way dropping off passengers and getting more back at the dock. I would have expected a full 2 hour tour and perhaps a separate boat or time for the one hr cruise. The rest was great.
