1.00This was the single worst experience I have ever had on a cruise. There is not sufficient seating for all the passengers. Normal boat companies (like you'd see in Chicago river tour, London River tour, Seattle Bay tour) line the top of the boat with rowed seating. Here there are a few scattered tables and only a few seats on the edge of the boat, not nearly enough for all the tickets they sold. The 2nd floor from the roof was already full, even though we were ~ 30 in line to board. The bottom floor we were told we couldn't sit there as they were preparing for dinner. My pregnant wife got to stand for 30 minutes until I stole a chair from that dining room for her.

2.00Narration was extremely lackluster- I didn’t really learn anything new or hear any fun facts on this tour. Tour guide was old AF and could barely be heard. I booked the 2 hour and we had to dock and let people off/on who only booked a 1 hour which was not advertised and I would not have been ok with booking. Not nearly enough chairs on the outside decks- had to sit inside NOT by choice- even if you are willing to stand it was too overcrowded on the upper deck to see or hear things. Only 1 bartender for a 200+ person boat so I waited in line for 20+ mins for a drink. So many kids running amok with parents doing nothing to curb bad behavior. Overall extremely disorganized and did not deliver compared to other cities narrated boat tours. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

5.00A great overview of where you are on a bonus boat ride and the narrator would crush anyone at Jeopardy, but with charisma and comedy. It was awesome

4.00This was a nice trip. It is accessible if you do not need to use a restroom. They are accessible only with a flight if stairs. The narration was nice if you need to know the name and history of every naval ship docked. They was other history and information included. I personally would have liked a little more of San Diego in general and a little less naval info. But that didn't take away from the beauty of the trip. The staff a was nice. There was a snack bar with drinks and munchies and hot dogs if you are hungry. It was a nice afternoon. We took the two hour cruise which was a one hour, docked and then another hour.
