Best part of our SF visit! The staff is amazing! Adam was our tour guide and he gave us a locals view of the city. We saw things no other walking or bus tour could have covered. The EBikes are so cool. They work really well and make riding 10-15 miles up hill a breeze (or breezier than without battery power). Overall highly recommend!

I authorized the credit card immediately to confirm the transaction. We had rented two electric bikes for two hours, and the person told us he wouldn't make a fuss about 5 to 10 minutes. We returned 7 minutes late; he laughed it off at first but charged us for the entire day anyway. He also charged us $15 for insurance that I never purchased. So watch out for these scammers; they have absolutely no regard for customers.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An unforgettable tour with Adam — San Francisco came alive! Adam from, Bay City Bike, was absolutely fantastic! He didn’t just show us San Francisco — he brought it to life. His deep knowledge of the city’s history, architecture, and hidden stories was matched only by his genuine passion for sharing it. Every stop came with fascinating details, fun anecdotes, and insights that made us see the city in a whole new way. What really stood out was how engaging and enthusiastic he was — you could feel how much he loves this city, and it made us on the tour excited to learn more. He was warm, funny, and patient with questions, and he tailored the experience perfectly for my husbandand I. If you want to truly experience San Francisco rather than just see it, ask Bay City bike to go with Adam. He’s one of those rare guides who turns a regular tour into a memorable, inspiring journey. Highly recommended!
