Kai was an excellent tour guide! He took us to and through the many neighborhoods of San Francisco with very interesting facts. Gorgeous day, fellow travelers, and fantastic sights. Highly recommend!

This is a great way to see San Francisco. Our driver Dave was great! He took us through the neighborhoods in a ‘hippie’ van of the 1970’s. Super stories and commentary of San Francisco then and now. Definitely enjoyed and highly recommend.

The tour was SO MUCH FUN! I’m a native San Franciscan; I saw things in my own hometown that I had only heard existed, but had never seen. My wife was skeptical at first, but she loved it, too. The vans are fun, the guide is so friendly and knowledgeable, and the tour is a great way to get to know the different neighborhoods, etc. I definitely recommend this tour to anyone with any curiosity about San Francisco. It’s so worth it! Just book the tour! You will not be disappointed!

I cannot say enough good things about this Love Bus tour. Our tour guide was Cy and he was truly the best. He took his time with our group and stopped at so many places that was not even listed on this website. At each stop he would stop and help everyone take pictures and make sure we all got to see what we wanted to see. Additionally, he catered his tour around what people in the bus said they were interested in, ie: food, history, art, music, etc. This made it feel so much more personable and later we did take him up on his recommendations for food and he was spot on! You also kind of feel like a celebrity in the bus, especially while on Haight-Ashbury lots of tourists would stop and take pics of the love bus ha-ha. I cannot say enough good things about this tour, just book it already!

This was a great tour and a wonderful introduction to San Francisco. Our guide, Cyrus, shared lots of information, humor, and fantastic music. If you’re going to choose one tour, choose this one, you will love it! ☮️+❤️✌🏼

Very fun and relaxed. Not on a tight schedule, the tour guide was very friendly, talkative, a hippie, and not afraid to express his opinions, which we all found entertaining (and agreed with)! Didn't catch his name, he told us to call him "cousin". Took us by some fantastic places - Janis Joplin house, Grateful Dead places, had a lot of local "insider" info, told us about growing up here and what had changed, etc. We were a nice small group of 7, amazingly comfortable VW van from the 70's, totally decked out with the original shag carpet and everything. Definitely worth the time and money, highly recommend for a fun throwback to the hope generation trip!
