5.00We had a fabulous trip through San Francisco, to the Golden Gate Bridge, Muir Woods, and Alcatraz. Our tour guide, Roger, was awesome! We love how he has music to go along with things he was showing us throughout the city and he had some jokes too but was also very informative and gave us some tips about where to go in Muir Woods and how to take pictures of the Redwoods. He dropped us off early enough for lunch at pier 39 to grab lunch and head over to the ferry for the tour of Alcatraz. From that point we were on our own and the self guided tour there was great! We would definitely use Dylan’s tours again.

2.00I was disappointed by this tour. My family and I had a wonderful day in the city planned. We were told to be to the pickup location 10-15 minutes prior to departure at 9am- totally cool and makes sense. We left our hotel in an uber 45 minutes early with plenty of time to spare however there was unfortunately an accident on the highway en route to our event. This was unexpected, obviously occurred very recently, and of course, delayed our arrival time. I received a call from our tour guide at 8:55am requesting an ETA. I tell him we are now delayed, explain the accident and said we would arrive at 9:08am, late but within, in my opinion, a reasonable grace period. I receive a brusque “well we’re all ready to go and everybody is here.” Obviously not if my party is not present… He then requests we completely alter our uber destination to a pizza place, and they hit the road. Now I want to be clear. If he called at 9am, 9:01am, 9:02 and said they were leaving I’d accept that, but he left prior to even the stated 9am time and tried to make us play catch up around San Francisco in an uber to catch the group. In the end we arrived at 9:06 and he did eventually turn the bus around and retrieve us at the original location but still. The day was behind schedule. I think if he offered 6 minutes of grace we’d all be much better off and I’d feel more welcome on the trip. Every other tour I’ve ever been on offered a more reasonable grace period than this Once that passed we got a fine tour.

5.00What a memorable tour of Muir Woods and the sights of San Francisco! Tour guide Jules was informative and friendly. The 4 hour tour was well paced with most of the time devoted to the beautiful Muir Woods National Park. We had amble time to walk the trails and explore the park. Jules also showed us some of the more well known neighborhoods of San Francisco, including Pacific Heights and Chinatown. We also had a stop at the neo-classic Palace of Fine Arts from the 1915 Panama- Pacific exposition - very impressive! Finally, we enjoyed Jules’ playlist during the bus ride that featured famous musicians with connections to the Bay area. A great tour!

5.00Really great time seeing so many different areas and history. Dylan was fun and full of knowledge. MUIR Woods is amazing. Wear good walking shoes and if you are going before noon bring a light jacket.

4.00The trip was good. The disappointment was Sausalito. The way trip was described, we were supposed to spend some time in Sausalito. Instead we were there for only five minutes to drop people off. We did not get any time to spend in Sausalito.
