Caves are Beautiful. the Guide on the bus was good and informative. However, we were allowed less than 15 min after the tour to enjoy the facilities around the caves and to rush a coffee. The A/C didn't function properly on the return journey and was really uncomfortable .Expensive trip for what you get.

The caves are amazing. Most of the time, photos and videos are not allowed, which enhanced the experience because everyone was in the moment looking at the caves with their own eyes. There is a small section where you can take photos and they came out really nice. The caves are pretty big and it is a long boat ride. Our tour guide was excellent and kept us engaged during the bus ride there and back. She was very knowledgeable and kind. There are restaurants outside of the cave if you need something to eat or drink when you get there.

The caves experience was nice. Valencia & Go guide was super informative and as helpful as you could ask for. However, the whole experience was ruined by being on a bus with 46 people, temp over 32.7 and no AC. The driver and company were informed on the way to the caves and refused to send a bus with AC. Valencia & Go did nothing to compensate, nor did they ask for a review.

Random tour we decided to do. Turned out to be really pretty and unique. The boat ride through the caves was so fun. Definitely a different type of excursion.

The San José Cave tour was one of the highlights of our Barcelona trip. I’m so glad we made the extra effort to include it in our itinerary. Although our entire vacation was based in Barcelona, we took a Renfe train to Valencia, stayed overnight, and did the cave tour the next day. Despite the additional travel time and expenses, it was absolutely worth it. The guide was excellent—never rushed us—and the underground river inside the cave was stunning. The boat ride felt magical, like something out of a fairy tale. I highly recommend visiting this cave and taking the tour—you won’t regret it. All our tours were booked through Viator, and I strongly suggest using them. Their hassle-free booking process (book early, pay later), along with helpful customer service, made everything easy. We've used Viator for our trips in London, Lisbon, and now Barcelona. It’s a well-run company—and just to be clear, this isn’t a sponsored review. It’s simply my honest and enthusiastic opinion.
