Upon arrival at Salto do Cabrito, you will find your guide, who will provide you with canyoning equipment and will be 100% ready to have a lot of fun with us.

What To Expect
When we meet at the meeting point, we will do a briefing, we will distribute the necessary material for the activity, then the walk begins until the start of the route, which will count on another security briefing when starting the canyoning, will contain up to 5 different waterfalls that can jump, slide, rapel being the largest with 16 meters that can rapel and then will end in the famous waterfall of the Salto do Cabrito.

5.00This was an experience we will NEVER forget!!! Diogo and Eduardo made my daughter and I not only feel VERY safe, but we had the most incredible time. This was our first experience canyoning and it will not be our last…we are hooked all thanks to Basaltic!! Don’t second guess booking with these guys, it’s EPIC!

5.00Rodrigo and Manuel were nothing short of entertaining, while making sure everyone was safe and having a great time. They are wonderful leaders and always smiling while making sure everybody is comfortable and respects nature. We even had hot springs tea! My girlfriend and I are very active and we were exhausted after this wonderful, fun, and educational adventure. I would 10/10 recommend this to people.

5.00I did a lot of research before selecting a tour company, and I’m so glad I did — this couldn’t have been better! My friend and I ended up having a private tour, and it was awesome to not be with a large group like the other tours I saw. Rodrigo and Manuel were excellent guides, they were clear communicators, we felt safe and cared for, they were friendly and encouraging, and we had a total blast with this challenging and fun excursion. Definitely recommend this! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rodrigo and Manuel were fun and informative guides who made the experience inviting and personal for all skills, levels, and paces, reassuring us each step of the way. It was 3.5 hours of pure fun and adrenaline! Huge thank you to the both of them for providing such a positive experience! It was a great way to immerse yourself into nature in a different, but fun way! I definitely recommend anyone even remotely interested to book the tour! It was well worth every penny!

5.00The rappelling we did today was a very enjoyable activity. Rodrigo and Manuel were excellent guides who took us through a very scenic route to rappel. Half way through the trip there was a very nice surprise for us. I have done rappelling in other countries but these guides were top notch and their equipment was excellent. You should do it if you are even thinking about it at all.
