The Classic Day Semi- Private Sailing Cruise by Renieris Santorini Sailing Center departing from Ammoudi bay which is located right under the settlement of Oia, is a great opportunity to enjoy a sailing cruise at the most unique and magnificent spots of Santorini, accessible only by boat.

Embark on a 4-hour catamaran day cruise where you will have the chance to enjoy a relaxing journey with snacks, fruit salad, and drinks onboard, including dry white wine, beers, refreshments and water. The cruise features a stop at Thirassia Island for about 20 minutes of swimming. Following that, there will be a stop at the volcanic islet for swimming.

The cruise concludes with a brief photo stop at the old port of Fira and Armeni Bay, returning to Amoudi Bay around 2:00 PM.

The cruise that never happened for us

We booked this cruise the day before in mid-afternoon. We chose the option to be picked up at our hotel. We got our confirmation email and ticket and waited outside this morning for our pickup. Nobody showed up so we asked the front desk at our hotel to call the local company and find out what happened. Their records showed we made the reservation at 2:00 am and the cruise had already left. They were apologetic and offered to move us to another timeslot but that was the only free time we had for our whole visit. They processed a refund quickly. I really don’t understand how this happened. We booked the day before but even if we had booked at 2:00 am, wouldn’t they have seen the reservation when they came in this morning? It’s disappointing but mistakes happen.

highlight of our trip, great food and great company. good views and so nice to swim in the sea. staff is very nice and boat is very clean. bathrooms on board, and free drinks and hotel pick up included.

My family (wife and 2 daughters (14/16) had a great time. The crew was great to work with and very friendly. The stops were a lot of fun and the lunch was fantastic. This was a highlight of our trip to Santorini!
