Su is really great and helpful. Everything has been explained very well. She answered all of the questions we have. She has a nice personality and very good humor. Will definitely recommend her to our friends in the Philipines who will visit Sapa.

Visiting Sapa and Fansipan mountain was one of our favorite experiences while we were in Vietnam! We unknowingly timed it poorly (April 30 - May 1), overlapping with a major holiday. Sapa was PACKED, but the tour group found us housing and seamlessly coordinated getting us and our bags where we needed to go. We loved spending the afternoon walking through Cat Cat Village with our guide Pang, who patiently waitedfor everyone's photos, and Phuc was so helpful and patient in getting us to Fansipan mountain, to a restaurant for lunch, and back to our bus in time with all bags accounted for. Highly recommend this tour! I was very impressed at the group's ability to coordinate and make our tour happen despite a major holiday weekend.

Starting from Sapa, 5h of trekking to the village. We slept in a very nice homestay and ate excellent typical food. The next day another 4 hours of trekking through rice paddies and bamboo forest. Tiring but beautiful! English-speaking local guide

There are multiple legs of this tour including bus from Hanoi to Sapa, lunch, luggage handling, Cat cat village trekking, Fansipan trip from Sapa and then back. I was surprised to see all tour operators are so experienced and handle every section so smoothly. Dinner provided at the hotel is great although Lunch is okay. The bus ride Hanoi-Sapa-Hanoi is excellent.

The villages of Sa Pa are a must-see even if there is a bit of fog or a little drizzle. Our guide Sú made us live a unique experience. Unfortunately December is not the best month. The Fansipan mountain is incredible, even the gondola has its why, 1400 meters of altitude gain in 15 minutes offers a breathtaking view.
