This tour is designed for travelers who want to stay longer in Sapa and want to experience 1 night at basic homestay in hill tribe village and 1 night at hotel in Sapa, even save lots of money in comparison to going by night train. You will have free times between the lines to enjoy Sapa’ hidden charm, especially you can enjoy friendly services provide by Vietnam Travel Top The first night in bungalow can be changed to the second night. This depends on group size and bungalow availability. Our tour leader will informs you in the bus on the way to Sapa.

Thing to bring: Warm clothes, scarf, hat, cap because the weather in Sapa is pretty unpredictable. It is normally cold in September, October, November, December, January, February and March
Thing to bring: Due to altitude of Sapa, it is sometimes foggy in December, January, February and March.
Thing to bring: Trekking shoes, sun glasses, sun cream, insect repellent are also necessary. You should take cash with you in Vietnam Dong because banking system in Sapa sometimes doesn’t function well. US Dollar, Euro, Australia Dollar are accepted in Sapa.
Thing to bring: You should take medicine with you although there are some chemist’s shops in Sapa in case you get sick.

6.00 – 6.20: Pick up from Hanoi Old Quarter, transfer to the big bus and depart to Sapa Town. 9.30: Follow the highway to Lao Cai city with the first comfort break

11.00: Second comfort break at Lao Cai city before approaching Sapa. 13.00: Arrive Sapa Town with colorful traditional costumes of H’Mong, Dzao, Tay ethnic People. The tour guide pick up you to Hotel. Welcome drink and itinerary briefing, enjoy the lunch with local Vietnamese dishes
Cat Cat village
Trekking distance is about 3,5 kms and it lasts for 2 hours 14.30: A short walk to the gate of Cat Cat Village which is home of Black H’mong ethnic people and is located near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Our local guide will show you the daily life activities of the locals, trek down to the valley bottom to the waterfall where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station, stop for photo with bridge and waterfall then you will walk uphill for bus to pick up to get back to Sapa in the afternoon. 16.30: Come back to Sapa Town. Have dinner and overnight in hotel with night activities. Meals included: Lunch, Dinner

Pass By: Y Linh Ho, Sapa, Lao Cai Province 7:00-8:30: Have breakfast at hotel in Sa Pa town, check out your hotel and start a new day with more interesting trek. 8.30-8.45: Trek through the rice terraces and along Muong Hoa Stream to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai to see the spectacular landscape of Hoang Lien Son Mountain.

Trekking distance is about 12 kms and it lasts for 4 hours 12.00 – 13.30: Have lunch with delicious Vietnamese dishes made by family. You approach Ta Van Village where Dzay Ethnic People inhabits in late afternoon.

14.30: Check in bungalow; get to know the family of Dzay People. Spend time to enjoy the mountain life on Sunset. You may attend cooking local dishes with the family and enjoy dinner in peace. In the evening, you can join the local bar nearby with music and socialize with other tourists then overnight at Bungalow in Ta Van Village. Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

8.00: Have breakfast prepared by the family and start a new day with more interesting trek. 8.30: Keep walking to the rice paddies where you have a nice photo session of the amazing surrounding landscapes; a trek through the bamboo forest; stop to have a panorama view of Giang Ta Chai village – home of red Dzao People. Trekking distance is about 3 kms and it lasts for 3.5 hours 11.00: Trek through the Giang Ta Chai Bridge to main road, 12.00 - 12.30: Have lunch.

13.00-13:30 : Bus picks you up to come back Sapa Town , Relax and leisure on your own, have shower in the public bathroom in the hotel if you want. 14.00: Meet all group members at hotel to get ready for Hanoi.
Hanoi
15.00: Get on the bus to go back to Hanoi with two rest stops. 21.00: Arrive in Hanoi, drop off at the meeting point, and go back to your hotel by yourself. Trip ends. Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch

5.00Our guide for the first two days was Khu and she did a great job of communicating with us, letting us know what was happening next and giving us interesting insights into everything we were seeing. Khu was very clear and patient about answering questions and explaining everything to us. The landscapes were beautiful and we got many great photos of the rice fields, mountains and scenic villages. Our home stay bungalow was really charming and fun. Our hosts were very nice and cooked wonderful food for us. Our guide the last day was Chang. She did a wonderful job of taking us through the bamboo forest and the last village. We really enjoyed the scenic town and got lots of wonderful photos. We had asked Khu about buying real silver jewelry. She asked Chang to introduce us to a silversmith who lives in the village. We were able to speak with him and buy some rings. It was very thoughtful of them to help us find what we were looking for. I would definitely do this trip again!

4.00Generally good organisation, you are well taken care of and do as advertised, it is smooth, the guides are nice. Food is disappointing, they order for you really basic stuff. Locals being very pushy on buying from them gets annoying.
