Overall had a blast. Food was pretty average but the real stars are the staff doing the show. Wrestlers keep it light and fun while the MC is very informative. Wait staff was also very attentive and the dance in the beginning was a good way to set the tone.

This experience was a fun activity learning about sumo with sumo wrestlers. The traditional food was a good experience and the staff were excellent. This is a bit of fun- you will not see an actual serious sumo contest but you do learn about it. If you go with that in mind, you’ll enjoy it. Some people also got to have a go in the dojo too.

This was a fun little outing. The event organizers really put together a good show that included a mochi pounding demo and a geisha performance alongside the sumo demonstrations. They made it interactive and fun and the event space is really nice! The staff were wonderful and overall it was an enjoyable evening with a lot of nice touches. Keep up the good work!

When we arrived, the staff informed us that they hadn’t received our TripAdvisor booking, so they weren’t expecting us and had to prepare everything quickly. Despite this, everyone was very accommodating and the food was delicious. The sumo show was also a unique experience. Next time, I’d book through a different platform to avoid the issue.

I'm a retired female solo traveler and I decided to go and watch the Sumo wrestling. I had a lovely evening the food was excellent and came with a glass of red. It was a very good show and well explained in English also a Japanese lady in full costume did a very elegant fan dance.

This is quite a new business and needs your support - get in now before it becomes sooo popular as I am sure it will. We loved it...from the way we were greeted at the start, to the Japanese style meal, humour and overall experiences. This was quite a learning experience as well as they run through various techniques and rules throughout the night. Crowd involvement is at the perfect level. We were treated like royalty all night and especially at the end when we were leaving. The entire team from the host, to the wrestlers and wait staff are exceptional. All I can say is.....Kitakou, Kitakou, Kitakou (Hopefully you guys remember us two Aussies)

The Sumo Experience was excellent. It's a small, intimate venue - so you get a ton of interaction with the veteran sumo wrestlers. The food was very good, but obviously the highlight is learning about the sumo routines, how the tournaments work, and then watching the big fellas do their thing. Getting a chance to volunteer to square up with the sumos was awesome (and of course they are master athletes that make sure you look good in a very low stakes fun way). I'd 100% recommend this authentic, fun, unique experience. All employees were super kind, upbeat, and professional. Overall, excellent product.
