There is a reason that the Mangrove Tunnels of Lido Key are a must-do experience when visiting the Gulf Coast. We launch from Ted Sperling Nature Park (190 Taft Dr Sarasota FL) which has clean restrooms, a rinsing shower, and shaded picnic tables. Our amazing local guides from Sea Life Kayak Adventures take you on a tour of Little Sarasota Bay, where you may see manatees, dolphins, a variety of birds and sea life...then finish up in the famous mangrove tunnels, a beautiful canopy that meanders thru an island. The tour usually goes around 2 hours, but we aren't on a strict schedule, so please allow for an extra half hour. We are located just minutes from downtown Sarasota, 20 minutes from Siesta Key, and a half hour from Anna Maria Island and Bradenton (add time for traffic during high season. We meet a HALF HOUR before our tours)

Kenny was great! Although we didn’t see any manatees or dolphins he went the extra mile to try to find them for us. The mangroves were very relaxing and fun to kayak through and Kenny was very knowledgeable! Would definitely do it again!

Ian was a great tour guide. We weren’t able to spot any dolphins or manatees but he still made it an enjoyable and educational experience!

What a relaxing way to spend a Saturday morning! Let go; let Ian. Our guide, Ian was laidback and engaged. He remembered all our names and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I enjoyed learning all about the local flora and fauna and just taking in all the natural beauty. Great company. High value. 5-stars experience.

This was my 3rd trip with Sea Life touring the mangroves tunnels. Love to take family and friends paddling and kooking for Manatees, Dolphins and other wildlife. It's a relaxed journey with knowledgeable and friendly guides. Never disappoints!
