After getting a taste of prehistoric life, you’ll head for an exclusive private tour outside of public opening hours into the chilly, dark caves to gaze upon cave paintings that date back over 30,000 years. Marvel at the evidence of a bygone culture that existed before civilization began. Wander through the caves, gazing at the veritable forests of stalactites, stalagmites, and columns.
After a scenic drive along the Dordogne river valley with a quick stop at La Roque Gageac to take some pictures, you’ll make a private tour of Beynac, the best preserved medieval castle in France.

He was super responsive and gave me some suggestions for a tour based on my daughter's interest in cave paintings. David's English is excellent (thank you!) and his knowledge not only of the tour sites, but the entire region is very impressive. This tour was the highlight of our trip to France.

4.00This is a must day out in Sarlat to visit the Prehistoric cave. We loved this day out in the replica cave. We had a spoken tour in English and it was very good. Our guide was very inthusiastic, which made the tour much better. really worth a visit.
