I have trouble walking so this tour was perfect. With both a ride through the city and a boat ride on the river. Was a little disappointed that the paddle wheel on the boat doesn’t actually work but was still enjoyable.

Excellent choice for mobility -limited guests, a bit repetitive but decent narrative, loved the riverboat!

It was very informative. We learned a lot about Savannah's history. The trolley tour took us through the historical district.

Trolley is in bad shape and should be updated or at least cleaned. Also there was a Long wait for the boat. You could eat a lunch somewhere in between two events if they told you in advance it would be long.

It’s absolutely fabulous. The city then the harbor. And time for a walk on the river front in between.

We found the departure area easily with an abundant parking lot available. The tour for the open-air trolley was a bit on the long side at 90min and the 90 min paddleboat sea tour following with just a 45 min break in between excursions. The drop off location area had only touristy shops and no real food just sweets in the immediate area. At the time we were not sure what was available on board but did find that there was actual food available and with okay prices if you couldn't find anything before departure. Tour gave us a taste of where to go in Savannah and overall enjoyed the experience.

Our tour guide was Joyce. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about the history of Savanna. Would highly recommend starting with this tour first. Bring a pen or highlighter and mark your interests as you go. We enjoyed it tremendously. Thank you Joyce!

We booked the tour a month in advance. At 3:00 the day before our 11:00 cruise they called to tell us that this was an error and there is no 11:00 cruise, so we rebooked for 10:00. Then I looked and saw this was not true and booked the 11:00 tour for the next day. So the tour was clearly overbooked and the most popular time since it backs right up to the riverboat schedule (the other tours have an hour and a half wait between), so they canceled us. How frustrating to be canceled less than 24 hours before the tour, have to rearrange our schedule only to be lied to about the reason. We book 2 Savannah tours through viator and both got canceled. Terrible experience in Savannah with Viator or the tour companies, not sure who is to blame. The tour itself was good and our Trolly driver Kathleen was very informative.
