5.00I cannot not say enough about this transport company that contracts with Viator. The owner was very thoughtful and kind - picked up my grandson and delivered him safely to the hotel in Amsterdam. My huge regret is I forgot to tell my grandson to tip the driver. This was my grandson’s very first trip to Europe and he was flying solo and he has no idea what to do. Thank you so very much for watching over my grandson!!!

1.00No communication from driver. No info about where to meet him at the airport which is huge and I had never been there before. Price was way too high for the service I received and I will never book this again. I would have been better off and probably paid less to just hail a taxi once I arrived. Thanks for nothing.
