5.00Very easy to get to on public transport. It is a well keep palace with very interesting audio guide as you walk round. Stunning views of garden as you walk round.

5.00It was totally my fault that I misread the maps for the tour. What j thought was a short walk actually was a much longer cab or metro ride. I messaged the operator to let them know we wouldn’t make it (as there was no way we’d get there on time). The assigned guide didn’t get that message, so messaged me separately to make sure we were ok. Once I let him know what had happened, he and his supervisor were so kind and understanding and even gave me a partial refund when they didn’t have to (especially since it was my mistake). I am disappointed we didn’t get to do the tour because I didn’t look at the maps closely enough, but would not hesitate to book again with them, due to the excellent customer service they showed. Hopefully we’ll have another chance someday! Thank you for your care!

3.00The palace was unbelievable. The tour was only OK. We had a Chinese tour guide and she was very hard to understand and she also spoke softly. We couldn’t hear her most times. I think the palace would have been better explored on our own.

3.00We did the English tour on Christmas Eve Day. Our guide was very hard to understand so we ended up just looking at the pretty rooms as she talked. So, unfortunately it wasn’t worth it for us.

5.00No big sign is waiting at the group meeting spot… the tour starts promptly and It is going through empty rooms… Sounds non-fun? Think again. When Lena lures you into Habsburg History, she weaves stories about passed people and celebrities of the time with alacrity and lighthearted charm. I hadn’t even known that fake news existed in the 18th century - when people showed off with falsified paintings. They‘d get an artist to add a few important people from the era to impress their friends or the public. Mozart wasn’t actually at the big birthday bash but was added anyway- just for emphasis… Lena throws in quizzes in a non-threatening way so everyone stays awake. Not like the history lessons i grew up with. I can truly say i have never been more entertained and educated at the same time. Well done, Lena 🩷Anke from Australia (18Dec2025)

4.00Great tour guide. Diana was very knowledgeable and interesting. The museum does need to limit numbers more as it was too packed to fully appreciate the palace
