You could tell this excursion was expertly planned. We were picked up on time by Marlan's boat at the dock nearest to our hotel. The ride was bumpy but fun! Loved that shaggy shared details and information about the island with us even though it was hard to hear haha. We made a few stops like Marigot bay and by the pitons for pictures and sugar beach was pretty crowded with other snorklers but still beautiful views. I'd recommend water shoes if you don't like rocky sand. The sulpher springs and water fall were pretty short and rushed but shaggy was great at taking pictures for everyone. I'd recommend bringing a towel for after the waterfall. We had a buffet lunch at a local restaurant and returned by boat to our hotels. It was an effective way of seeing some of the highlights!

While Marlan captained the speedboat (not a catamaran), Shaggy pointed out sites along the Caribbean coast. Water was available. We got lucky, and our tour included our family (parents, two teenaged boys) and another family with three young adult children). There was plenty of space on the boat and land transportation. Shaggy escorted us to a 14 passenger van for a short drive to the mud bath and then the waterfall. We then ate lunch in a local restaurant. We were offered fish or chicken, and our plate included a number of side dishes. Our final stop was snorkeling between the Pitons. Securing a beach chair was a bit of a challenge. We were given rum punch and water on the return. Parking is plentiful at the marina. Take old towels.

Come preparrred as they suggest. Sunscreen, towels, etc...start of the tour was a little rough as we had to wait around for a few that were late. Once the tour actually started it was awsome

We had an excellent tour with Marlan and Shaggy! Shaggy was very knowledgeable about St. Lucia’s history and made the trip easily the highlight of our enjoyable trip. Fantastic way to see amazing coastline sights - and experience Soufriere. The local lunch was delicious. Marlan was also very friendly and so easy to communicate with. Would absolutely recommend this tour!

Zach and Prince our boat driver and tour director were fabulous. Zach called before the trip to confirm where to meet him. They had us laughing the whole time. It was a very crowded day being that it was Christmas but he got us to the front of the line with no problem. I highly recommend this excursion while in St. Lucia and taking it with these gentlemen.

Everything was fun and exciting. I had booked this a long time ago so I had forgotten what the tour stops were and everything was a delightful surprise. From the speedboat ride, the marine life in the snorkeling spot, which was diverse from corals, squids, urchins, ocean centipedes, eels, fluorescent fish etc., and the visibility was great. The mudbath and waterfall were amazing too and Shaggy was an excellent photographer. At one point, I found my gums were dry from smiling so much, it was that wonderful! It was my birthday and Marlan played local birthday songs on our boat ride. It was a lovely time. Come armed with snacks or one dollar bills to buy snacks because we didn't go to lunch until after all the spots. I fortunately had taken a banana with me. Thank you, Marlan and Shaggy for making my birthday so memorable!

The tour operator treated the group like cattle herd. For >4 hours we were in sticky, sulphur smelling clothes including while eating lunch. The land part of the tour was in a 14-seater van for 14 people weighing between 100 to >300lbs literally sitting over each other with very tight leg space leading to knees pushing the person sitting in front. The tour guide had no clue on what he was saying or doing, depending on false facts or sexist jokes to entertain or advising to change in restaurant bathroom instead of change rooms near the waterfall. The stone yard restaurant where lunch was served was anything but local. Unhygienically prepared and served leading to food poisoning. I wouldn't recommend the hot sulphur bath and waterfall shower with lunch trip to anyone. The locations are not maintained and very crowded. Its not worth the value and you will come back sick. if you do want to go dont do it with Marlon's Boat Tour. The boat ride was also terrible with no safety precautions.

Great mix of things to do with awesome sights. Lots of people but you end up in your own ‘group’ of 10-12 people on one boat. Shaggy works hard to make your time enjoyable!

Wonderful excursion. So much more enjoyable to be on the water than sitting on a bus for hours. Our guide Shaggy was so much fun and took care of taking pictures for everyone. He also makes a mean punch! Marlan is a seasoned Captain and provided a relatively smooth, fast trip to the hot spots. Very short walk from the ship to the pickup point in Castries. Don't miss this tour!!!
