We prepared 3 different dishes that included kimchi as an ingredient. Suyeon our host was great! She explained the history/tradition of kimchi. Explained how it is made and how many different types of kimchi there are. Then the prepping and cooking began! All three dishes were delicious and fairly simple to make. Basic ingredients (with kimchi of course!) that you can put together at home quickly. Thank you very much Suyeon!
