This was amazing and so much fun. It was a great way to cover a lot of ground in Warsaw. Renata was a nice guide. The segway is so much fun, one of the highlights of our Poland trip!

I was double charged. I had booked this activity and had to cancel because of fraud on my credit card so I rebooked the activity with my replacement card. Both cards were charged so have paid double. Would be good business on the companies part to issue me a refund or a credit. I have so far been a good and frequent customer.

Shop was closed at starting time. Contact number went to polish voicemail. Only after contacting Viator did we receive a call that the booking was overlooked. We waited another 30 minutes. Another couple gave up. Finally Nikita turned up. He did a decent job guiding us through the town. Segway was fun. However, it all ended after 1.5 hours instead of the promised 3 hours.

The guide was very informative. Took a lot of videos and photos. This is a good way to see the town. One suggestion is to have a Venmo account for tips.
