Seeing the fjords on the boat is as amazing as well as the Flam railway! I loved that we were able to get out and close to the waterfall!

The tour was very good and would highly recommend for those who have less time but want to cover most of the locations like Voss, Flam, etc Finding connections was easy everywhere except at Gundvangen where there were many people for the same bus and no clear signs were there. No persons to ask questions to. We managed to catch the bus, but the whole process needs to be a lot better.

Great experience on the train, ferry and bus. They held the middle train to Fläm since the Oslo line was late so everyone arrived as planned. The train journey is beautiful and the fjords are spectacular. In the fall you see the colors change as you move from high altitudes to low, and you’ll want a proper coat and hat if you’re prone to stand outside. The time is too little in Bergen and it’s very late for a Norwegian town, so don’t be surprised if you join the locals for carry away from a street stall or grab a drink from a bar or convenience store.

At first I was worried about to catch the trains or buses but it was very easy, just follow the crowd. It was a great journey. Thank you Viator.

Confusing instructions to me. Was sent complete instructions, however the details were not easily found. The email had information about the voucher and meeting place, however the tickets were not found unless you clicked on the "Contact Tour Operator" tab. Why not put them in the email? Every time you had to access, you had to click on that tab. And could not go back without reopening every time. Went to the train station and stood there worrying about if I was in the right place until I decided I needed to contact someone, then found the instructions and tickets. Also don't like that the email was not sent out until the day before. Prevented me from printing the tickets (would have been so much easier). One leg of the trip I had no internet although I was signed in to the train's WIFI. Fortunately the ticket taker let us get by with showing just one ticket and explaining the difficulty. As for the trip, there was some fantastic scenery, however the trains were so crowded, on the Flam train, we had to sit seperately and on the aisle so we did not have an optimal view. We only had reserved seats for the 1st leg and the sleeper, and found later that many did have reserved seats. There was never time to look around at any of the stops because once you got off of one train, everyone rushed to the next leg to get a decent seat. On the last train before Bergen, some had sat down and had to get up to find other seats because they had unknowingly sat in reserved seats. Why not make reservations for all seats? As for Bergen, there was very little time to see anything and find a bite to eat. The sleeper train was fine. We just felt rushed the whole time, never really got a great seat to see the views and although this was the least expensive trip of this type, I feel we did not get our money's worth. For anyone who has the time and can make plans for this trip on their own (I would have had I known), I suggest you make your own plans rather than taking this crowded, rushed, spendy trip.
