What To Expect
Sedona
As the audio guides play commentary based on your gps location, you can create your own itinerary along the tour route to match your interests and schedule. Or you can use our trip planners for our suggestions on half, full or multi day itineraries. Some of the many highlights are listed below;
Airport Mesa
Fantastic views across Sedona and the surrounding landscape await you. A 3.5 mile hike allows you to enjoy the full 360-degree views, but it is not required to do the entire hike, and the viewpoint is very impressive on its own. This is the location of one of Sedona's renowned Vortexes. It's very worthwhile to return to this location as one of Sedona's premier sunset locations. Your parking ticket is valid for the full day, so you can return at no extra cost.

5.00This was the first time trying a self guided tour. It was a great way to see all the sites of Sedona at our own pace without all the complicated coordination and time consuming planning. It was easy to follow, highlighted some incredible stops, and provided fun facts and history of the area. The gps accurately located our vehicle wherever we were and provided excellent directions, offered timely suggestions for breaks, food, shopping and more. This self guided tour is a wonderful, inexpensive alternative for anyone who doesn’t like the expense and waiting around for others associated with larger group tours.

5.00Follow the instructions for proper downloading onto your smartphone, and you'll have no problems. Narrator provides good background on the sites you are driving to, along with history of the area.
This is a birthday celibration which only had one down momment. Sad.

5.00The commentary was fun and entertaining while also educational. The narrator talked about the sites and recommended lots of places to get out and hike. He also added tidbits about Zane Grey and other people who lived here. The App was tricky to figure out initially but in the end, all you had to do was start driving along the route. The app figured out where you were and guided you to the next stop.

5.00Just what I needed.... I don't like feeling of fighting for position while on group tours. This audio guide was easy to use and took to all the hot spots in Sedona. It even gave suggestions on sites that were a must see versus those that could be missed
