I can't say enough about this company. I must have been their most annoying client. I asked so many questions. I had no idea what to expect as I have never been to Glacier and have never rented bikes. We actually rented e bikes, and did a self guided tour up the going to the sun road. It was spectacular. It was myself and my son. I asked them about difficulty, weather, road conditions, places to stay, how long it would take. omg, and they answered every email, and it was such a great day. I actually changed the reservation 2 days before, as it was calling for rain, and we wanted to go the 2nd day of our 2 day trip to montanna. we were taking a chance but it all worked out perfect. Lillian and Judith were the best email repliers ever and CSR's and tourist guides. Thank you so much for making my mom and son trip wonderful. Our driver to the base of the going to the sun road was amazing too. His name was Malcom. He's also a guide too.

Great fun. The guides were awesome. Knew a lot of interesting information about the park. Made multiple pullouts along the way and encouraged us the whole time. I was skeptical when she told us to wear so many layers, but she was right on about the weather.

We took eBikes up Going to the Sun Road to the Loop. It was fantastic. Glacier Guides had great eBikes and shuttle service. Wonderful experience. We then went on a half day white water rafting trip with Maura as our guide. It was a great trip. Glacier Guides, Montana Raft have great facilities, equipment and people. We enjoyed our trip. You will enjoy Glacier Guides/Montana Raft.

We did a guided bike trip before the Going to the Sun Road was open to cars. IT WAS AMAZING! Our guides (Hailey and Jordan) were great. We even saw a bear!!! Be prepared because it is hard work, but the e-bike helped. I am used to riding 20 miles but our 17 year old son isn't using to riding that far, and he was hurting.

This was an exceptional experience! It is awesome riding up the GTTSR with no cars. The scenery is phenomenal. And Malcolm was great explaining how to use the e-bike. I also went on the Guided Nature Walk with Haley. She is so friendly, and had a wealth of very interesting information. We went on 2 walks and made several scenic stops. It was a great introduction to the park. In the afternoon after a bag lunch in their picnic area, I went on the Scenic Float and that was also amazing and such fun. The Flathead River is truly beautiful. The guides are extremely good at providing information and pointing out various flora and fauna. Glacier Guides is a very professional organization. I would definitely use them again.

We were actually on the Guided Bike Tour with Tom. We had a great time enjoying the beautiful views without vehicle traffic. Tom set an easy pace with plenty of stops to enjoy the scenery, take photos, and just get off the bicycle. We are locals and have been in the park before, but never in spring and never without vehicle traffic. Glacier never gets Old and there’s always something new to learn and see the park from a different perspective.

Tom was our guide on the first guided trip of the season. He was very polite and professional. Knowledgeable in all aspects of the wildlife and vegetation in the park. Safety oriented. Let us stop whenever we wanted to. Very safe driver of the transport vehicle. He said he has been doing guides for 10 years and his experience shows Kudos!

Noah and the staff were helpful and accommodating to our needs. The views were amazing and the ease of getting on the bike trails were appreciated. I just wish their were longer or more bikeable areas in the park.

This wasn’t the self-guided trip, but the actual GTTSR guided trip. We got a bit beyond the three arches (14 miles up) before the road was closed by snow. I expected the riding to be quick, but it actually took more time. We got our bikes and gear straightened out at the Glacier Guide site near the West Glacier entrance, then loaded into 2 fans (6 bikes each) for the van ride to Avalanche Creek. (that’s about an hour). Once there, we got ready to ride Eva and Todd were great guides, so knowledgeable, personable, friendly, and ever helpful — one going in front, and one at the rear to let folks lag if they needed to. They stopped at all the key points of interest along the way. The e-bikes were easy to ride — really just a pedal assist (with 4 levels of assist), and a single gear shift lever (maybe 7 gears?). Even in off and on rain —- we wore rain jackets and rain pants, wool socks, and water resistant shoes, and our rain jacket hoods under the helmets — it was great fun (temp in mid 50’s). The coasting ride on the way down — we held it to 20 mph (there were speedometers on the bikes) — was when we got really wet as it poured, and the rain simply slid down our slickers and right into our shoes! Oh well … it was great fun. We had the sack lunch/dinner in the van on the way back. Very companionable all around. Would recommend to do at least once. Great thing was NO CARS since the road was closed to cars at our starting point. Glacier Guides is really good.
