We offer the best way to discover the legendary city of Sydney. On two electric wheels!
Sydney has a great bicycle network but it can be hard to navigate using Google Maps. Our self guided tour gives you clear and safe directions for every step on the tour. In fact the Sydney tour has more than 400 custom directions so you can relax, ride and listen.
The tours suit either a single day or multi-day adventure based on a loop format. You can join the tour at any point in the loop, you just need to follow the directions in a clockwise direction.
All you need are your headphones and a rented ebike from either Lime or Hello Bike share.
You can visit points of interest at your own choosing and swap ebikes any time you like. You are not locked into a set time frame and will cover vastly more ground on our tour than with any other tour company.
Our tour is perfect for solo travellers or groups.
Public transportation options are available nearby
Suitable for all physical fitness levels
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
We supply participants with a link to access our Wheel Explorer app that gives the rider full turn by turn directions and information about the points of interest that you visit on your exploration..
Please note this tour is self guided and DOES NOT include an ebike. Participants need to rent one from either Lime or Hello Ride. They are available all over the city. Just join up and scan the code.
Sydney Harbour Bridge
The view of the bridge, the harbour, and the nearby Sydney Opera House is widely regarded as an iconic image of Sydney, and of Australia itself. Nicknamed "The Coathanger" because of its arch-based design. Cyclists use the cycleway on the Western side. It is a great way to see the harbour and a lot of locals don’t know it exists. You can take a side trip over the bridge later on the tour if you have time.
Circular Quay
Sydney Cove, on which Circular Quay is located, was the site of the initial landing of the First Fleet in Port Jackson on 26 January 1788. Circular Quay is a focal point for community celebrations, due to its central Sydney location between the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge. It is one of the main congregation points for Sydney New Year's Eve.

We did the Sydney City Tour which was amazing. You got to see the most important sights. Many audio files to learn about the history and see the city. A lot of audio cues that tell you exactly where to go. And very important, you mostly drive on bike lanes, just sometimes mixed with cars but even that is possible. It is a refreshing way to explore a new city.

Wow. What a city. Even as a local I was taken around on this very family friendly tour to places and bike tracks/paths that I had never seen. My 12 year old son loved it and so did I.

I had an amazing time on the Self Guided Electric Bike Tour of Sydney! The bikes were super easy to use and comfortable, making it a breeze to explore the city. The route was well-planned, taking me through some of the most iconic spots like the Opera House, Harbour Bridge, and around the Royal Botanic Gardens. The app provided detailed audio guides at each stop, which made it feel like I had a personal tour guide with me. I loved the flexibility of going at my own pace and stopping whenever I wanted to take photos or explore a bit more. Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun and unique way to see Sydney! 5 stars all the way!
