This was totally screwed up. The tour is listed as starting at 9:00 am. They keep sending you messages to MAKE SURE you are there no later than 9:15. I was confused about "something" that I was also told I had booked for 1:00 pm and called and asked several times WHAT that was. Finally a girl told me it was a boat tour (or something); she wasn't sure - BUT BE SURE I was at the LINDT tour at 9:00 am sharp or I would miss my tour. SO We get up early, show up at Lindt at 9:00 am ONLY TO FIND OUT that Lindt DOESN'T EVEN OPEN until 10:00 am. So we are an hour early. I speak to a supervisor at Lindt and she informs me that they have problems with VIATOR ALL THE TIME. So I call Viator AGAIN, and this time I am told my ticket to enter Lindt is for 1:00 pm (after being told 5 times it was for 9:00 am - and purchasing a ticket that says it is for 9:00 am). SO this was a told JOKE. MY ADVICE is to SKIP buying this tour from Viator and just go there and buy your entry ticket in person. The Ticket if you buy it at the Lindt factory is only $15 each, so it's much cheaper, and no hassle. I will say after all this I did get a full refund.... but not a good experience nor what I was told.

The place is excellent for a beautiful evening in Zurich. Rita from the cafe was an excellent host. The service was great and food was awesome.

I had the chance to visit the Lindt Museum and the experience was absolutely excellent. The course is very well designed, with a wide variety of contents: we discover at the same time the history of chocolate, its evolution and the different stages of manufacture. It is both interesting and fun. The moment of tasting was clearly a highlight for me. As a great gourmet, I particularly enjoyed this part! This makes the tour even more immersive and memorable. I would also like to stress the quality of the service of the intermediary through which I booked the tickets. The organization was greatly facilitated by them, everything was clear and fluid. Their communication was excellent, especially with the reminders before the visit, which were very helpful and reassuring. In summary, a very nice experience from beginning to end, both for the visit of the museum and for the booking of tickets. I highly recommend:)

It was a fantastic trip for me and my family members from London. The infrastructure, the architect, the history of the Lindt was admirable 🤩and very exciting. Not to mention the chocolate fountains where I eat three kinds (white, dark and milk) infinitely often. like the chocolate pieces next to it. It felt like heaven.🌌 Very recommendable. It has a Lindt shop with all sorts and new varieties that you can't get anywhere. You get even Whatsaspp and email notification as a reminder I found too useful. I would recommend anyone to buy the Lindt ticket from this website.❤️

If you enjoy chocolate, you shouldn’t miss this place. The museum explains the history of cocoa and chocolate, how it came to Europe, and how it developed in Switzerland, especially with Lindt. We could watch parts of the process and taste along the way. The Lindt store has a great selection, including exclusive items. We arrived via a boat tour around the city and left using bus and tram, which was very convenient. The visit takes around two hours. There are also interactive guides available in different languages.

the experience was great, but the company who organised is a spamer. Even at the chocolate museum they said that they always have problems with people who book through aviator because the company who sends the tickets is bad. They said tour is at 12:00, we arrived and it was at 14:30 and on top they did not send the child ticket.

BEWARE. Do NOT book this tour. This listing is a deliberate case of false advertising. We booked an early slot at 9:00 AM specifically to accommodate a 1:30 PM train departure. Only after full payment did the operator reveal the actual museum entry was for 12:30 PM—a time that made the visit physically impossible. Beyond the scheduling scam, the price is marked up nearly 3x the official rate. Paying a premium for "convenience" only to be met with zero transparency and a ruined itinerary is unacceptable. The operator’s "9:00 AM start" is a deceptive tactic; they admitted via WhatsApp that this time was actually for an "optional digital plan" of city stops that were never disclosed or itemized in the Viator description. We paid for a Lindt museum tour, not a hidden itinerary that delayed our entry by three and a half hours! We arrived at the museum at 9:00 AM to try and resolve this personally. However, the Lindt staff confirmed they could not honor an early entry because the museum doesn't even open until 10:00 AM. This operator sold us a 9:00 AM slot that they knew did not exist and that the museum didn't actually have! Viator needs to double-check the operators offering services on their platform. Allowing deceptive listings like this damages traveler trust and ruins planned itineraries. This company charges triple the price to deliver nothing but inconvenience and stress. Overall, the lack of transparency and the actual entry time is misleading. While the operator eventually offered a refund (which we are still waiting on as they still have not processed) after admitting the error, the stress and the missed opportunity to see the museum ruined our very short trip to Zurich. Book your tickets directly through the official Lindt website or do walk-in instead to avoid being scammed and wasting your day.
