You may have seen the hanbok in your favorite Korean drama, or your favorite K-Pop star wearing hanbok and wondered: what are they wearing? What kind of fashion style is hanbok? This is your chance to try it out!
Gyeongbokgung Palace
Wearing a beautiful and luxurious hanbok, you enter Gyeongbokgung Palace as a person of the Joseon Dynasty. Become the main character of a K-drama and take photos that will be memories for a lifetime! A historical guide will explain the history of 'Gyeongbokgung Palace' and take a tour around it. Watch Korea's magnificent Gyeongbokgung Palace Changing of the Guard Ceremony! Built in 1395, Gyeongbokgung Palace is commonly referred to as the Northern Palace because its location is furthest north when compared to the neighboring palaces of Changdeokgung (Eastern Palace) and Gyeonghuigung (Western Palace). Gyeongbokgung Palace is arguably the most beautiful, and remains the largest of all five palaces.

5.00This was the highlight of my trip to Korea. We met our guide Sheen - who is excellent - who escorted us to rent hanbok. Sheen took us on a tour of Gyeongbokgun palace, walked past the Blue House, had a nice break at a cafe, and ended in Bokchon village. Sheen is really nice, and his English is really good. We definitely recommend!
#1 thing everyone should do in Korea!!

5.00This was a great tour of the largest Korean palace in Seoul. It has beautiful buildings and landscaping. Our guide Sheen gave us an excellent overview of the history and architecture of Gyeongbokgung. He also led us to Bokchon village with a nice break at a cafe. We opted to do the traditional hanbok dress which was really great fir photos around the palace. I highly highly recommend this tour to understand the history and culture of Korea. Sheen was an excellent tour guide. His English is great and he answered all our questions. Do it! You won’t regret it. It was the highlight of our visit to Seoul!

5.00My tour guide was so knowledgeable, patient, and wonderful during the tour of the palace with my kids and I. She would check in on us ahead of time. We first started at a hanbok rental place prior to touring the palace and the historic village. This was one of my favorite memories of Korea!

5.00Our trip was September 12 and did not expect that I will enjoy it with friends. It states that it is a walking tour but it becomes a walking / photoshoot tour with our tour guide Gina consistently and tirelessly taking our photos in every area of the palace. Her expertise and knowledge of the history of the castle added to the charm of the tour. The background with the beautiful Hanbok added to the great experience of the trip. I hope you will get Gina service when you book with Tripper Korea so you can feel her warmth and enthusiasm we felt every time she guides us on this trip. Keep it up!

5.00This was a really good experience! Timing for Hanbok experience and going to the main temple was amazing, just at the opening, less tourists, better pictures. Our guide: Juno is an amazing guy. All the time was pending on our needs and very descriptive when answering questions. Also, he was very friendly and invited us a snack. Take the tour, don’t think it too much. You’ll need to walk all the time but it’s completely worth it!

5.00We really enjoyed our the tour with our guide Gina. She's been super knowledgeable and friendly (took pictures of us, bought us snacks and water bottles). It felt really nice to walk around such great places and take pictures dressed with hanboks. Would recommend.

5.00Great tour experience, very educated on Korean history. Our tour guide was also very helpful in taking pictures I did the hanbok experience which was great! I would suggest, if something is closed, have a backup option.
