Although it was a very early calling, it came out to be a great tour! Stella our tour guide made it so special! She was like a star!! Politely explaned all different stories, yet she was very energetic, helpful and cheerful thoroughout our tour. It was very exciting going underground and walk quite close to North Korea…170m apart! If you like a little exercise, don’t miss the suspension bridge. That was a lovely small hike on a beautiful autumn day! Great athmosphere, perfect day! Thank you Stella to make this tour so special! You showed us a true korean hospitality!

We made the trip with guide Kenny and it was exceptional. He explained everything. His English is very good and super dynamic. He accompanied us in everything we did and even lent us binoculars in addition to those that existed on the spot. The suspended bridge, the Third Tunnel, the Dora Observatory and all the enriching sites of Korean culture were all amazing.

This day trip was a superb experience. Our guide, Kenny, was excellent - extremely knowledgeable, great sense of humour, and surprisingly open with the emotional impact that the separation of Korea into North & South has had on Koreans. I wasn’t expecting to be so moved on this tour. He was also very patient, & flexible with individual passengers’ needs and abilities. We all learned a lot during our tour, in a fun & interesting way. I would definitely look specifically for Kenny’s tours next time I visit.

The tunnel and hike up to the suspension bridge might be difficult for older people or those that are more sedentary. Otherwise great experience! Winnie our tour guide was passionate about the subject and we enjoyed her commentary immensely.
