Within 24 hours after booking you'll receive a short questionnaire about your personality and interests. Based on your responses, you'll be assigned a like-minded host. Your host will communicate with you directly to suggest an itinerary to help you discover what makes the city unique. You will also agree on a meeting time and place. Your itinerary is flexible, so during the experience, you can always change your mind about what you want to do.

5.00I did this full-day, private tour with Rossi and had a great time! The American Express travel concierge found and booked this tour for me and it was exactly what I was hoping for! Seoul has some beautiful old neighborhoods filled with tiny, winding streets and they’re not easy to find or navigate on your own with the internet. Rossi knew where to go and I felt like I saw a lot I wouldn’t have found on my own. Rossi took me all over Seoul and showed me various neighborhoods and helped me get comfortable navigating around for the rest of my stay. Rossi was super easy to communicate with, very accommodating, and easy going. I would definitely recommend this tour over group tours so you can explore everything with a private guide at the pace you want.

5.00Forget group tours where you stand around, straining to hear the tour guide at an attraction you're not interested in seeing. This is the way to see a city up close and personal. Oki was a fantastic guide. This tour is truly personalized and absolutely worth it. What an excellent way to see Seoul, especially if you only have limited time there! It was as if I had a close friend who knew the ins and outs of the city (subway, language, bartering tips, best food places) and could simply sit back and enjoy the day. I got to choose where we went, how long we stayed and ask as many questions as I wanted. By the end of the tour, I felt confident that I could navigate the transit system, pick the best neighborhoods to explore more of and how to interact with the locals..and Oki (my guide) felt like a good friend! I loved this version of a city tour and can't wait to use this service again.

5.00We saw Seoul, old and new. Haneok Village and Seoul's "Brooklyn" Our guide, Giwon, was so nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. We really appreciated her enthusiasm and kindness. We would highly recommend a tour with city unscripted (and with Giwon)!

5.00Rossi has been a great guide. Over the period of day, we covered a lot of the tourist and non-tourist attraction. Location such as Gyeongbokgung palace, Blue House, Bukchon Hanok Village, Insadong, Namdaemun Market, Kwangjang Market, Cheonggyecheon Stream before back to Myeongdong. Overall, it’s been a great pleasure and of course great companionship from Rossi to explain and inform us about the nuance of Seoul with local.
