My husband and I were disembarking a cruise at the Incheon Terminal and had a full day to tour before our evening flight home to the United States. This tour, in English, was the perfect fit for us! We communicated with Alice through WhatsApp before booking and she was very prompt in responding. She kept in touch with us prior to our tour date to find out our interests in sightseeing. Alice met us at the cruise terminal and took us on a tour of Incheon highlights - we had a walk through Central Park, saw the view from the G-Tower, visited China Town, and rode the Wolmi Sea Train, before being dropped off at the Incheon Airport. We had a lovely day with a lovely guide. We highly recommend booking your layover tour with Alice! You won’t be disappointed.

Alice is organized and kind. She picked us up and brought our carryon luggage in her car so we didn't have to figure out where to leave it at the airport. It was my husband and our two teenage kids. We visited the Palace, had great Korean BBQ, and walked around town. She even bought my kids ice cream. I'd recommend Alice to anyone.

We had an unforgettable day exploring Seoul with Alice as our guide! From start to finish, Alice was a fantastic communicator, ensuring we were all comfortable and engaged. Her flexibility in tailoring the tour to our interests was much appreciated, and she effortlessly combined history, culture, and modern-day Seoul in a way that was both educational and fascinating. The tour was especially great for our kids, who loved the K-pop entertainment stops—Alice really made it exciting for them! We also had the chance to immerse ourselves in the culture at a traditional village, a highlight for those of us wanting to explore Korea’s heritage. The tour of the Secret Garden and the Royal Palace was truly a highlight—Alice's insightful explanations brought the history to life, making it all the more memorable. We also explored the fascinating history behind the famous restored urban stream, delving into urban planning and the local politics that shaped it. It added a layer of depth to our understanding of the city that we wouldn’t have gotten anywhere else. The shopping district walk was vibrant and energetic, and driving through Seoul’s diverse neighborhoods allowed us to get a real sense of the city’s pulse. In just one day, Alice gave us a comprehensive experience of Seoul—there's no way we could have achieved such an in-depth tour on our own. Highly recommend for anyone looking to truly experience the city!

From start to finish, Alice made my 12-hour layover in Seoul unforgettable. She was incredibly responsive from the moment I booked, confirming details quickly and answering all my questions. She met me at Incheon Airport right on time and immediately made me feel welcome. Alice customized the schedule so I could see exactly what I wanted — including a beautiful palace from the 1300s, a Michelin-rated dumpling restaurant, bustling shopping streets, and finishing with a stunning panoramic city view from the tower. She shared fascinating history and local insights along the way, making each stop more meaningful. Her flexibility and warm personality turned what could have been a long layover into an amazing cultural experience. The next time I’m back at Incheon with a layover, I’ll definitely be asking Alice for another tour. Highly recommend!
