If you are looking for a guided historical evening combined with a small group visit to a local Korean market then Mr. Lee will provide that for you. After meeting up at a subway station exit our group had mini-bus transportation to a palace, a market and a temple in a 4 hour evening. We had excellent communication in English from our host from his WhatsApp introduction and welcome throughout his historical explanation of the Korean history and culture. He coordinated our food experiences at several stalls in the market which ended with a fresh donut. We did not wait like the others in the long line! Mr. Lee was kind and patient with all members of our group. I would recommend this experience.

This tour was an absolute blast and our tour guide Stella was amazing! We had a group of 7 people and the tour was about 3 hours. Stella was very accommodating and knowledgeable, she made the atmosphere very friendly and fun the entire tour. The price for the tour was incredible because admission to the palace and food at the market was included! I’d recommend this tour to anyone.

This was more than I expected. In addition to our to the market and our meal, we were also take to a palace and a temple. I think the highlight of the food component for the group was the plate of chopped raw octopus. Even these creatures are dead that didn't stop the little pieces wriggling around the plate. All the food supplied was delicious and plentiful. For people unfamiliar with Korean food beverages, it is a good introduction. Our friendly and helpful guide, Ron, was a fountain of information about everything we saw and experienced. His contacts in the market served us well, as a table and food were waiting for us when we arrived at one restaurant. He also helped to cut the queues at another two food outlets.

Ron was a great guide! The market was definitely the highlight with tasting all the different foods, but visiting the castle and temple at a quiet time at night was also nice.

The tour was great! The palace tour was very nice, beautiful, insightful and very interesting, the guide also has illustrated the histories using some videos from k-dramas, I’ve learned a lot. The food tour was delicious, I’d definitely recommend for anyone who enjoys Korean food or wants to try. We had the best time with the tour guide Young, he was very friendly, joyful and kind and took picture of us frequently, which gave us nice memories. I’d recommend this tour 100% for anyone who loves food and history.

Our guide Young was very kind and attentive. He shared many stories in a humorous way and answered all our questions. It was an incredible tour! He served us various traditional Korean dishes and drinks and taught us how to eat and drink them. The visit to the palace was very interesting! We didn’t face any lines; everything was very smooth and efficient.
