Changgyeonggung Palace
Changgyeonggung Palace has the most beautiful night view among Korean palaces. And why does Changgyeonggung have the saddest story of all palaces in Korea? Listen to the hidden stories with the wonderful night view!
Kwangjang Market
From sipping on the iconic Makgeolli (Korean rice wine) to savoring the delightful Jeon (savory pancakes), every moment spent here offers an extraordinary gastronomic adventure. If you're a daring foodie, try the live octopus, a standout dish famously featured in the movie "Old Boy". Its unique texture and fresh taste create a culinary experience that is both exciting and memorable. Tasting the live octopus offered at the market is a personal choice. And there's more. Get ready to taste four special types of traditional Korean street food, each one a crowd-pleaser at Gwangjang Market. These are not your typical fast food; each dish has a story, every bite is a piece of Korean culture. No visit to Gwangjang Market is complete without trying the popular Kkwabaegi (twisted Korean donuts). These sweet treats are so popular that people line up to get their hands on them. But with our insider tips, you can skip the line and dive straight into this sweet indulgence.
Start from Palace: Meet at Hyehwa Station Exit 4 and follow the route through Changgyeonggung Palace, Gwangjang Market, and Jogyesa Temple. Mini bus or Van: Transportation between attractions is provided by vehicle.

Great tour! Ron was a brilliant guide! Thank you . Would recommend. Tried food we normally would not have and saw places we normally wouldn’t have seen without the tour and Ron’s knowledge.

Jeff was a wonderful guide. He is very knowledgeable of Korean history and shared wonderful stories at the shrine and Palace. The food we had was delicious and a good variety of Korean dishes. Jeff made accommodations to keep our group together. Because of a holiday some of our food stops were unavailable. Jeff and his manager took immediate action to make it up to us.

The tour was a fantastic combination of sightseeing at Changgyeonggung Palace, with interesting history from our guide, plus an amazing walk through Gwangjang Market where we sampled snacks plus a full dinner. But the best part of the tour was our guide, Landy. She was so much fun, made every stop interesting, she took care of our small group with happiness and friendship and made each person feel her wonderful personality. I couldn't ask for a better guide. I highly recommend this tour!
