1.00On 13/02/2026 at 13:00, my husband, my daughter and I purchased shuttle tickets. Unfortunately, we experienced extremely unprofessional behavior from the driver. Without establishing any communication, he gestured with his hand for us to wait and then shut the bus doors in our faces. We, together with the other passengers, formed a queue and waited, yet he again said nothing, got on the bus himself and moved the vehicle forward without any explanation. This kind of behavior is simply unacceptable. Additionally, although it was clearly stated that the bus provides free Wi-Fi, we later found out that there was no internet connection available at all. For a touristic service in a city like Milan, this attitude and lack of communication were highly disappointing and did not reflect the level of professionalism and hospitality one would expect. We sincerely hope the necessary actions will be taken. Unfortunately, due to this experience, we will have to share negative feedback and cannot recommend this service.

1.00Rude to black people that have tickets for ride. The ticket takers that stand in front of the bus are the rudest. Was in line and was ignored and just walked off like we were not there. This is just for those that want to go so they won’t be surprised by their behavior. The trip is fine because after that there isn’t any interaction with any workers.

3.00Drivers run a lot. They're poorly polite. No patience. Do not change the return time only if you pay them a tuition fee. It's awful to watch them get money from the passengers and negotiate schedule exchange.

4.00Convenient pickup… no eating or drinking on the bus. Wish return time was more flexible. WiFi was not working for me. Only usb to charge.
