Poor quality audio made unusable. Tried to be near guide but accent was strong and often not understandable. Guide was not very knowledgeable and spoke from a memorized script. Wish I had gone without guide.

I had my visit canceled just the night before because of an iconic event. I don't understand why this agency didn't make the visit when I saw that there were others that did. Lucky I got tickets on another website/agency because it would have been the last straw to go to Seville and not be able to enter Cathedral.

Our tour guide is knowledgeable but he needs to improve his English accent. I would say 50% of the time, i don’t quite understand what he said.

Very bad experience. We were slightly late because we misunderstood the meeting point. We tried calling several times but couldn’t reach anyone on site, and the person on the phone was not helpful at all. We arrived at the correct place only 5–7 minutes late, but the group had already left. We rushed to the site entrance, less than 10 minutes after the official start time, but were told the group was already “gone” and there was nothing we could do. Nobody called to check if we were lost or nearby. We felt completely let down — the worst service and support ever. Don’t book here.
