Catedral De Sevilla
Cathedral of Seville is the biggest gothic temple in the world. The construction of this monument was dated in the past XV century. It was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site last 1987. It is one of the monuments with more visitors in Spain.
Torre Giralda
Learn about the origin of the Cathedral was built over the mezquita aljama in the city dated XII century, the bell tower (Giralda) over the minaret of the mosque and the coutyard of orange trees over the ablutions coutyard. Giralda is the bell tower for the Cathedral of Seville and reachs a height of 104 metres, where you will find one of the best views in the city.

Constant changes and unreliable communication

1.00This was one of the most stressful booking experiences I’ve had. The operator kept changing the time and even the meeting point, including last-minute updates while I was already traveling. Communication was inconsistent and often contradictory, making it difficult to know what was actually confirmed. After several days of confusion and back-and-forth, I completely lost confidence in the operator and chose not to attend. The lack of organization and accountability made this a very disappointing experience. This operator should not be listed on Viator.

3.00The tour guide was good but the instructions from Viator on where to meet caused unnecessary stress. It reads that you need to collect tickets from a collection point which on the day we attended was closed, instructions also dont pinpoint the tour guide so we asked numerous guides until we found ours.

1.00The guide changed the time of the tour. We arrived 30 minutes prior to the tour and could not find the guide and we consequently missed the tour and the experience at great cost. We tried to communicate via the app without success. Very u fortunate.

3.00Entry was delayed. Despite booking slot for specific time the Group had to queue with the large line for over 30mins to enter. The Guide said this had not happened before but didn't have any solutions.
Steps away from guide and he left us behind.

1.00I can tell you nothing about the experience because the guide left before recognizing us as part of the group. He sent a text at 14:47 from his location ( from which we were 15 feet away) saying he would leave at 15:00. We were at the meeting place but didn’t see the guide because they had already left. He didn’t say where they would be directly after the meeting place so we could catch up there. We missed the entire experience. I texted to ask if there was another tour scheduled for that day or next He said that yes, I could schedule another tour but I would have to pay again.

1.00Due to a misunderstanding regarding the meeting point, we unfortunately missed the tour. The meeting details was sent through whatsapp at the exact time the tour had already started. When we arrived at the meeting area, we were unable to locate the tour guide. I have called that I cannot find the guide, then the tour operator informed to find the cathedral entrance. It appears that the guide had already entered the cathedral. We could not go in without the guide. We could not contact the guide directly (we were told we could not contact when he was working). As a result, our entire family missed the tour. This was a very disappointing start to our Seville trip.

3.00Difficulty finding the guide on an appointment point where several companies are present;. Don't speak French. Difficulty following the visit made only in English. And still the same principle with VIATOR , from a ticket collection point different from the meeting point.
