The tour was on time and met at the designated meeting point. Being with the group allowed us to avoided the queue at entry. Commentary from the guide was humorous and informative and created a good atmosphere within the group during the tour. My only negative comment was the sound quality from the device she was using to transmit to our headphones.

We could not find your guide. We went to the meeting point and did not see anyone with a blue umbrella. Despite numerous calls it was impossible to find the tour guide. We want a refund or a reschedule.

Very interesting tour. Fantastic building. Guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. Audio equipment used is not great and had difficulty hearing properly.

Unfortunately, the tour didn’t live up to expectations. The guide’s awkwardness made it feel disjointed. The guide’s awkward manner made the tour feel dull and unmemorable—overall not worth the time.

Cute and interesting , the guide very nice shame that so many people inside the cathedral but all in all nice experience. We had included only the visit inside the cathedral and the climb up to the tower where there were so many people and you would get to the top of the giralda just to see the bells, because it was all closed. In that sense, the climb was a disappointment.
