Excellent customer care. Elderly ladies took the tour, one of them with a walker. Staff made sure ramp was down at our stops and assisted her exiting and boarding. Our driver, Raphael was excellent and a lot of fun. He pumped the crowd up.

I tipped the Big Bus Drivers who were very safe when travelling around San Francisco on my 2 day pass where I enjoyed a Sunset tour after getting off @ 4 different stops! I loved visiting the Aquarium of the Bay with all its sea creatures too which was great value on my 2 day bus pass.

The operators of this particular location had terrible planning. Right off the bat I felt singled out, our tickets were scanned by one street side worker who gave us the ok to board but another street worker chose to make us scam our tickets again even though the other person told them they had shady scanned and we were good. Then....... It was a rainy day and they put us on an old bus that leaked everywhere. I sat by a window and was soaked on 1 side because of the leaks, the driver was even getting wet. Then the bus broke down, granted they did get us loaded into another bus (that had no leaks) being the instrument panel was getting wet from the rain it's probably the reason for the breakdown. Or was not a smooth ride or was very rough and you had to hold on to not be perked out of your seat. The audio was pre-recorded and did not fall in line with the driving. It was not very personable. The San Diego tour was so much better, commentary by the driver, interaction with the guests, enlightening and fun.
