  If I could give this tour 6 stars, I would! Thoughtful customer experience from start to finish. I spent a great day with my guide, Jordan, learning a little of past and current China. Was my first day of the trip and highly recommend to other visitors looking for an immersive cultural experience not far from Shanghai.

  This was a very good, well organised trip. Our guide, Summer, was lovely, very informative, and looked after us very well. Highlights were the walk on the wall and the great lunch.

  Emma was our guide on this fantastic day trip. Her communication over the days before the trip ensured that the day went smoothly. Emma shared the history of the area with passion and energy. We also had a delicious lunch which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend this trip and Emma as a guide.

  Jordan was my Tour guide for this trip which was the most exceptional experience. The whole tour was seamless from tickets to the most beautiful authentic lunch according to my dietary requirements to viewing the Southern great wall and visiting a beautiful town. Jordan was very warm and welcoming very easy to talk too he had a great understanding and knowledge about the region. I would have to say this tour was the highlight of my trip. • A Super Trip to the Southern Great Wall

  We had an absolutely amazing day exploring the town of Linhai and seeing the Southern Great Wall! Emma our guide was awesome and we would recommend her very highly. Even before we started she showed how great she is at planning and communicating- ensuring our needs were put first! She met us on time and we had a comfortable trip to the train station, she helped us get a meal and coffee (essentials! ) before showing us to our seats on the bullet train. After starting the day with the steep steps at the Lansheng Gate entrance we reached the heights of the picturesque Baiyun Tower and learnt from Emma the history of “the hero” and the history of the wall, its design and of how it played a role in military innovation. We took our time to then walk down the remaining segments all the while Emma took great photos of us to capture the memories of the trip! Once we finished the walk we took time to stroll down the Ziyang street before lunch at the Secret Garden which had great food and amazing hospitality. Finally we walked through the Donghu Lake and gardens and learnt more about Chinese culture, idioms and the history of the site! We had an a fantastic day and felt Emma worked incredibly hard to ensure we had a great trip which we are very thankful for!   Emma was an exceptional guide and made our trip truly unforgettable. Everything was perfectly organized, her time management was seamless, and at the same time she was incredibly attentive to our wishes. She always made sure we had time for photos whenever we wanted. Beyond that, she shared so many interesting insights about the place itself and about Chinese culture, giving us a much deeper understanding of everything we experienced. She also recommended wonderful hidden food spots we would never have discovered on our own. We had an amazing trip and truly wish all guides were like Emma.

  This trip was excellent! Our guide Daniel was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. First we were picked up at our hotel (near Disneyland, a little far but they made it work). Then we had comfortable seats waiting for us on the bullet train. We arrived in Linhai and a car was waiting for us. We walked through Taizhou cultural area and then up to the Great Wall. Incredible sites and information all the while. Be ready for a lot of steps and walking up and down ancient stairs. No other way to do it but Daniel ordered several rides for us throughout the trip to make everything as easy and comfortable as possible. Then we went for a meal and I was a little nervous about what we would eat because my meal experience in China had been hit and miss. This was the best meal of our entire trip. I couldn’t tell you the name of the restaurant as it was in Chinese but the veggies, meat, rice and shrimp were all delicious. Then we went to the ancient city of Taizhou market street and it was amazing. The selection, the sites, the smells all tremendous! I told him what I wanted to buy and he guided us to the store that had exactly what we were looking for. Then back to the bullet train and to the hotel. Amazing work by our guide, amazing itinerary provided. Wish we had stayed in this area we went to instead of just Shanghai. Seemed to be so much to explore and see.

  

  

  

  

  

  

  

• Nothing short of Exceptional

  We started our day, at around 7am, where we were greeted by the fantastic Emma in our hotel lobby. We then we driven to our business class bullet train seats by a very professional driver, who greeted us with refreshments and a smile 😃. Touring around part of the Great Wall of China, was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to Emma and all of her incredible knowledge and accommodating nature. Never once did we feel rushed and Emma knows all the best photo spots 😊. Lunch was had in a secret hidden restaurant, run by some very kind locals. All of the food was delicious and Emma even through in some fried potatos as she knew we were from Ireland 🇮🇪. The East Lake of Linhai was amazing, again all thanks to Emma's wealth of knowledge. We even played a few games of guessing the trivia answers, making it an interactive experience. Overall, this was a once in a life time experience and we will be forever grateful ♥️.
