We were the only ones on the tour. The Guide was good, quite funny and explained all about the Black Balsam. Balsam and the truffle were very nice. Bought some biscuits on the way out, which came in a nice gift box and bag.

Lots of fun, history and a bit of theatre tasting the local stuff. Secret rooms, cellars, ghosts, a little magic and a generous amount to taste.

We were given an excellent run down of the Black Balsan variations with time to savour. There were a couple of coffees and a delicious dark chocolate bite. We explored to ‘lab’ downstairs.

蠻無聊的，不會特別推薦，但如果想一次品嚐不同口味的balsam，可以直接買小瓶回去喝就好，省下費用。。。。Honestly, I won’t recommend to someone else. The basement is quite interesting but nothing else.

This was so fun! Our host, (Alina?) Was so amazing. She guided us through the tasting and told her really interesting stories about the property and about balsam. She did such a great job of facilitating the entire experience. Five stars is for her! I highly recommend this. It’ll be a very memorable experience and the balsam is very good! You taste five different ones plus some bonus tastings. The facility is very interesting with lots of cool things to look at.

I really enjoyed this tasting tour. The location serves both amazing chocolates and a wide range of cocktails using the Black Balsam liquors. The tasting tour was a lot of fun, Tatiana was a great guide to the history of the elixir and gave great recommendations on the cocktails. I enjoyed it so much I returned on a separate occasion to buy gifts and enjoy one of the many craft cocktails highly recommend!
