Snake canyon is one of the most beautiful canyon in Oman. It is characterized by its breathtaking nature. It gives the adventurer the opportunity to enjoy the clear waters and listen to the sound of nature through the murmur of the water and breathtaking views, and the experience of crossing in a narrow waterway surrounded by walls and high rocks boulders of the dolomite and limestone types, which you rarely find in the canyon of the world.
You will be surrounded by 100m rock faces that shaded the sun, making the water even colder offering a rewarding experience and none forgetable day.

What To Expect
The distance about 3 KM, it takes from 4 to 6 hours depending on the size of the group and the queue on the absailing points. Travelers w’ll be climbing, sliding and dangling down huge rock faces into pools of refreshing water! Swimming through, up and under waterfalls and sliding your way down the canyon and doing 3 absail 7 meters, 25 meters and 11 meters. Wearing a Full technical gear for safety(i.e. helmet, harness and lifejackets). The travelers will get very wet. completely soaked in fact, You may well be submerged for periods of time or need both hands while you’re in the water, water temperature varies between 12 C to 25 C depending on the season.

5.00Mohamed was super supportive and attentive when required. He is calm, methodical and safe with his approach. I trusted him completely. We wore tight fitting boat shoes with extra tread and tight fitting rubber palm gardening gloves for protection and grip. Worked a treat. Wow what a superb adventure, one I'll never forget. Thank you so much for a fabulous stunning day out.

5.00Unforgettable journey through the wadi. Breathtaking views, a lot of of abseiling, jump, swim. Mohamed is a wonderful guide, professional and so friendly. We felt secure all the time even though this wadi is not an easy one. I recommend Mohamed 100% if you want to live a real wadi experience
