Mariko is our tour guide. She's wonderful. She is well prepared. She has stuff to give to us including itinerary for the day. Because we have a group of 4 people, prior to our tour, she helps us reserve a car service rather using taxi. We would have to get 2 taxis instead because one won't fit all of us. Her English is excellent and communication with her is a breeze. She goes above and beyond to make this tour as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend this tour and be sure to ask for Mariko.

Our guide Ikuyo was amazing. She helped select what was to be a fantastic itinerary which started with her picking us up at the cruise terminal. Ikuyo, was extremely knowledgeable professional and very articulate. We learnt so much about Japanese culture in our discussions with her and thoroughly enjoyed the ceremonial tea experience during a little break at the tower whilst admiring the view of Mount Fuji. A wonderful experience made all the more pleasurable with her valuable input and contribution. Highly recommended.
