No matter what cruise ship you arrive on, this is the perfect do-it-yourself shore excursion in Barcelona. This double-decker open-top bus tour can be met at the Port of Barcelona (Port Olímpic - stop 3), which is a 15-minute walk from the cruise terminals. A hop-on hop-off tour is the best way for cruise passengers to get around the city. Get a bird's-eye view of the cobbled medieval streets of Las Ramblas, discover the Port Olímpic beachfront promenade, see the famous F.C. Barcelona Football Stadium and much more.
You can hop on and off the tour as many times as you like aboard this sliding-roof double-decker bus. There are two tour routes, the Green Route and the Orange Route, and they are interconnected so you can easily hop between them to discover the best of Barcelona while your ship is in port. Great introduction on Barcelona. We did both routes and it took about 5 hours. We didn't get off to see areas, as we've already visited the main attractions. One complaint...there are two companies that provide this service...make sure you're clear on where their stops are (generally the same areas), but it was confusing for us at first as we saw the red bus and thought that's where we should go. It would be nice to have clear descriptions on the exact location where each stop is located. Seems to me that with today's technology, that should be possible.

Not bad but I rather to walk in this beautiful city, kind expensive for what you get. Anyway if you here for a day it is a good option to take a quick look

I want to profusely thank the attendants on the two buses in Barcelona who reunited me with my phone after I dropped it on one bus and got off by the Soccer Stadium. The attendant on the following bus called the other, who found the phone. MY THANKS AGAIN TO YOU BOTH.

Excellent option to have a first panorama of Barcelona to decide where to further explore the tour. The two tours cover the town and allow you to appreciate the main sites, with very interesting multilingual comments.

The bus travels slowly, but the audio has a lot of information that makes travelling very entertaining. At some stops the bus would stop for a long time and that tires a little. On some buses the person who receives the tourist was not very friendly. We were able to do both tours of the city of Barcelona and managed to get a very good idea of the city and all its treasures. Some audios were not very connected von what was seen at the time, I think a little coordination is lacking.

Everything worked and was on time. Good educational information. We rode both lines in two days. Give it a try and enjoy.

3 hours on one line is too long. I wish this tour could go faster. We've been at the stops for too long.

Organized and LONG The stops are very well labeled. timely and the bus is clean and nice. Wee traveled early December. We didn't have any lines. The bus could become crowded very easily. The audio was a nice touch. The orange line was LONG. It takes 2 hours, it was almost too long to enjoy but the area you see is expansive. The green line was better. We'd probably had liked it better if we did hop off lol Plan for it to be "your day" if you want your money's worth.

This was absolutely awesome! Loved having the flexibility. My family was too jet lagged to enjoy it properly but would definately book again!

We did this tour in one day. There are so many stops that we wanted to see but could not do it all in one day. If you get a chance to do this tour, try to do the 48hr pass as the stops take away from your day and there are just so many. The Wifi on board was great! I was emailing and texting friends back in the states what I was seeing after just seeing it! What a great way to see Barcelona!
