Waterfall was nice, we didn’t know till halfway thru the tour that the botanical gardens weren't open. So that was a bit frustrating, as we were looking forward to that. The tour did accommodate going to Santa’s house so that was nice! Biggest issue I had with the tour was the transportation, it’s a small sized suv and we were crammed in the backseat of it so we had small windows, really couldn’t see out while driving and our legs were cramped up knees to chest. If I had known the vehicle was that small, not sure I still would have booked this tour unfortunately.

This tour turned out to be a wonderful experience, especially since it ended up being a private tour with just the four of us. That made it feel much more personal and relaxed. Our guide played a very informative audio presentation along the way, which added a lot to the experience and helped us learn more about the area. We stopped at the waterfalls and had plenty of time to explore, enjoy the scenery, and take lots of pictures. The guide was also very accommodating and even offered to take photos for us, which we really appreciated. We also had time to stop at the souvenir store, which had a wide variety of gifts, trinkets, and some really great coffee. We were early in the season for the gardens so we opted to go to the church in town and a grocery store to get chocolate and see the different food items. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and well-paced tour that we would definitely recommend!
