Warning: these people are a bunch of scammers! This is a classic tourist trap. I purchased my all-inclusive package here on TripAdvisor, and the guide tried to charge us again for everything! Even after we explained several times that we had already paid online — and even showed him the receipt (which he asked for in a very uncomfortable way) — the guide kept insisting on overcharging us. Even after calling his supposed “boss” (who we assume is the person behind this company), he still wouldn’t back off. The worst part happened at lunch. The guide wouldn’t let us eat unless we paid again, even though lunch was clearly included in our package. We were shamefully forced to sit in the van, prevented from having lunch. It took a lot of time and energy arguing with the company here on TripAdvisor to finally “convince” them that yes, we were entitled to lunch. And we only got to eat because, after sitting in the van for several minutes, we decided to stand our ground and forced the guide to pay for our meal! Absolutely disgraceful. Avoid at all costs if you don’t want to get ripped off and waste your time and energy.
