This was my first time seeing Sichuan opera, and I really enjoyed it. The face-changing and fire-spitting were the highlights and truly impressive. Having free tea and snacks made the experience more relaxed and authentic. Even without understanding the language, I never felt lost.

We attended the show as a family and had a very positive experience. The program was varied but not too long, which kept our children engaged. The performers were professional, and the audience interaction made the atmosphere relaxed. A great introduction to local culture for families visiting Chengdu.
