  I went on the evening floating village tour and it was well worth it. We stopped at a village and learned about the place and the people. Then watched the sun set over the ocean which was absolutely beautiful. Nan was a great guide and was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had.

  The floating village is very interesting and unique, I would definitely recommend visiting it with this tour. I read many reviews before, and was a bit afraid it would be scammy and a money-making adventure only, but it wasn't the case at all. It was really focusing on an educational experience and wasn't trying to sell us stuff, despite being a bit mass touristy. I don't think we could have seen so much if we had gone on our own. Nan, our guide, was really kind and helpful, he answered all our questions. The optional/additional small boat ($11 for a couple) was the best part of the trip for me. I only wish there were other timings for this tour as well, because it seems like everyone goes for this afternoon sunset-watching tour, which makes it a bit crowded with tourists. I wouldn't mind not seeing the sunset. It was nice, but so is every other sunset. I would have preferred more time to roam around in the village instead when there are fewer groups there.

  Very interesting place to see. You have to pay extra for the boat, that was not properly explained upfront. I would still recommend it

  From pickup to sunset, a well-planned tour that could give us a good impression of how people can still live in remote stilt villages in the middle of a lake today. Only the constantly begging children sent by their parents would not have to be. This makes you sad, but the tour operator can't help it.

  I did this trip with my wife and we both found it a really good, insightful experience where we learned a lot about Cambodia and its people. Our guide Nan was very informative and looked after our group well. The boat was big with plenty of space. We also did an extra add on small boat trip into the mangroves and more into the floating village which cost $11 for 2 people but was worth it. I would wholeheartedly recommend this whole trip.

  This is a true visit to interior Cambodia. We were there when the water level was high which is the best time. This trip is well worth it

  Wonderful afternoon visiting Tonle Sap A highlight was the rowboat through the mangroves , take cash to pay for this as its an extra activity. Our guide was grat and made the day fun

  Nan the guide and the driver did an excellent job from the start with both the pickup of tourists as well and descriptions and answering questions. I did not appreciate the fact that it is not mentioned on Tripadvisor that you must (not optional) buy the $11.00 small boat (2 people) once you reach the floating village. Also, the small boat tour ends at a costly restaurant where meals and drinks are easily 3-4 times the price as they would be normally. I didn't see anyone in our group order meals, but we still had to sit and wait 30-40 minutes. Not a bad tour, but the deception and feeling of being taken advantage left me unhappy.

  The excursion and the guide were great!! However it took more than 1 h to pick everyone up which is not stated anywhere and the bus was really old and bumpy Apart of that the excursion itself was great
