This tour is designed to maximize opportunities to observe and photograph cougars in their natural habitat within Torres del Paine National Park. The day begins early with transfer from Puerto Natales (in summer around 04:00) to arrive before dawn, when the fauna is most active.
The experience is guided by wildlife specialists, including a veterinary physician, which provides a technical reading of animal behavior and reinforces responsible sighting practices.
The tour takes place by 4×4 vehicle through key sectors of the park, with optional walks. You will learn about cougar behavior and responsible sighting practices. Although sightings are not guaranteed, the activity is strategically planned.
It is also possible to observe guanacos, foxes and birds of prey. Includes a snack break and photo review. Return to Puerto Natales at 15:30.

Yesterday, I went in search of pumas in Torres del Paine with the guides from WildFrames Chile, Gastón and Carito, and it was an incredible experience! 🙌📸 Both are experts in the field and made the entire outing much more than just a simple tour: it was a unique, entertaining experience full of learning. Thanks to them, I had the great luck of spotting "Petaca," the most famous puma in the park today 🐾 Without a doubt, it is an experience I would happily repeat and recommend 100%. The guys are the best! Yesterday, I went on a puma tracking tour in Torres del Paine with the guides from WildFrames Chile, Gastón and Carito, and it was an incredible experience! 🙌📸 They are true experts and made the whole outing much more than just a tour — it was a unique, fun, and unforgettable experience full of learning. Thanks to them, I was lucky enough to spot "Petaca," currently the most famous puma in the park 🐾 Without a doubt, it is an experience I would happily repeat and 100% recommend. These individuals are simply the best!

At our first stop, we were fortunate to observe a female puma feeding; it was very lovely. Carito and Gastón are excellent company and a great complement! They made the day very entertaining and pleasant; we had an excellent time! We recommend them 100% if you are looking for a close and fun experience; the laughter was abundant!

It was a really fascinating experience. We were in the national park very early, long before sunrise. Our guide had a thermal camera through which we could observe different animals. In this case, no Pumas, but the highlight came later! We were able to see a puma from different points, our guide later sent us wonderful pictures. Also we could see the Torres del Paine in the best light, on a tour the day before that was not possible because of clouds and fog. My wife and I would highly recommend this tour.

Had a very enjoyable day looking for puma. Very happy with the organisation, the vehicle, lunch and of course the guides. Had some excellent animal sightnings including an armadille which was a bonus. Our puma sighting was excellent with a very long, quiet and initially private experience. This puma was even happy to roll on her back and show us her tummy - so she was ultra-relaxed. I have no hesitation recommending Wild Frames.

This was a definite highlight of my entire South America and Antarctica trip. I give this company my highest rating and recommendation. I couldn’t have asked for anything more than having Carolina and Gaston as our guides. They were very knowledgeable about pumas, the area, and all of the other wildlife there. They were some of the nicest and most enjoyable people to be around that I have ever met. We successfully saw pumas which was a life experience that I will never forget. I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience!
