The ticket has a short validity period, and non-refundable. If it's a long time before your travel date, we usually make a reservation 2-3 days in advance, just in case of your flight change or cancellation.

3.00The person was abit confused from what you sent me, but they allowed me in. No shower included with my booking. Food was nice, seating ok, changed in the toilet then left. It was an experience I won't be repeating. Thanks very much

1.00Well I pre ordered my ticket prior to travel this was all positive tickets were sent and a list of lounges I could use but no this was not the case my code only allowed me entry to one lounge not the one I thought I was buying for very disappointing, and choice of food and drinks were very limited and as a solo traveller I felt I was too much of an inconvenience the hosts were not helpful nothing explained or any firm of warm welcome. Over all a very poor experience

1.00We arrived to find we had no access to the lounge. The lady at the counter tried to contact your company but to no avail. I tried ringing to no avail. When finally someone contacted us we were told we already had the tickets but the girl at the desk said she could let us in with the paperwork we had. I would like our money back. We haven't used the money we paid you so I would like a refund asap. Ps. The Maharaja lounge had no operating toilet or showers on the day we arrived.

1.00Would give 0 stars review if we had an option. Purchase misleading, you click 6hrs with shower, yet voucher is split into three hour increments. This means you have to exit then re-enter for last three hours. This itself is a pain, however, that's if you are lucky enough to even gain admission due to capacity! Second choice of lounge is sub-par at best. Ended up in public area of airport, do not recommend

5.00Singapore – Changi Airport is much more than just a stopover: it is a real experience to live. Very modern, impeccably organized and designed to amaze, it manages to turn waiting time into something surprising and pleasant. The beating heart is the Jewel, where you are literally speechless in front of the highest internal waterfall in the world, an architectural and scenic masterpiece surrounded by a lush forest. A place that invites you to stop, observe and enjoy the atmosphere, especially in the evening hours when lights and sounds make the show even more suggestive. Inside the airport there are real natural oases, such as the space dedicated to butterflies, where tropical specimens fly free among plants and flowers, creating a relaxing and unique environment for an airport stopover. Added to this are walkable aquariums, art installations, green paths and relaxation areas that make every corner interesting to explore. Digital installations and ceilings with three-dimensional images are also very fascinating, transforming spaces into futuristic environments, capable of combining technology, design and well-being. Everything is taken care of in every detail, from cleanliness to organization, up to the quality of services. Changi is the perfect example of how an airport can become a destination in the destination, ideal for both business and vacation travelers. A place where the journey begins — or ends — in the best possible way. An experience that deserves to be lived, if only for the pleasure of discovering it.
