I really enjoyed the tour, it provided some great insight to the cultures in Singapore, how Singapore values its citizens and the places we visited were all interesting and beautiful. I would have liked to been able to eat and drink on the bus and had time to shop on these stops as this will most likely be my only trip to Singapore

Great introduction to city with some of the sights covered. Botanic gardens were beautiful, just wish we had a bit more time there. Friendly guide and clear instructions. Allows you to note places you want to go/return to in your own time. Pleased with service and that I booked this tour for my first day.

This was one of the worst tour experiences I’ve ever had. The tour was supposed to start at 9:00 AM, but the pickup information was extremely confusing. The confirmation only listed two pickup points — Paradox Singapore (Clarke Quay MRT Station) and “selected hotels” — with no clear instruction about which one I should go to. Normally, tour companies message or email guests before the tour with clear details, but I received no communication at all. I arrived at my hotel lobby at 8:30 AM and asked around, but the people there were from another tour company. I then went to the other listed meeting point at Clarke Quay MRT Station, but no one was there, and the information didn’t even mention which exit to use. I checked both meeting points several times, walking back and forth to make sure I didn’t miss anyone, but still no guide or staff showed up. As it was almost 9:00 AM, I called and messaged the company multiple times, but no one answered or replied. When I contacted Viator, they told me the tour had already left without picking me up — and shockingly, the company refused to offer a refund. I have traveled to Singapore, Korea, and Taiwan, and joined many tours through different companies. All of them were organized and communicated clearly — except this one. This was by far the most unorganized and unprofessional tour company I’ve ever encountered. They completely ruined my day and wasted my time and money. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

The tour gave a good overview of the city and gave us ideas what we would like to do next. Tour guide very friendly and attentive with good knowledge. Joiners from disparate hotels made organisation appear somewhat frenetic

A great way to see the amazing City of Singapore! Ian our guide was friendly and funny. Ian had great knowledge of Singapore and is well travelled himself and this came across with his information. The tour was in a fully air conditioned bus, water was provided,we had enough time at each stop. We would highly recommend this tour and Ian.
