Really good introduction to Singapore. Worth doing at the start of your trip. Helps to get your bearings for the rest of your stay.

A great way to introduce yourself to Singapore. Bus was a nice way to get around, with some walking which was great. Loved the experience!

Make sure you take your belongings with you each time you get off the bus! We were told it was ok to leave things on it but when it came to the last stop (Botanical Gardens), we then got divided up into different groups after the visit, depending on which hotel we were staying in. My husband left his water bottle on the coach we arrived on but were unexpectedly put on a different bus to return to our hotel. Unfortunately, the tour guide didn’t appear to have a clue which bus was which and basically had forgotten which one we arrived in, thereby delaying the departure of the bus we were on because we were waiting for the tour guide to find the right bus. The tour guide also managed to miss two people from our return bus who were actually from the same hotel as us and he had to flag down our coach just as we were leaving to get them on it. Whilst writing about the tour guide, he was a perfectly nice person. However, unfortunately he had a very broad accent and many people in the group found it very difficult to understand what he was saying. We lost interest after a while and for a couple of the stops, actually didn’t really know where we were going and exactly what it was. We basically had to work it out for ourselves. We have been on many tours via Viator. This one said it was with an ‘English Speaking Guide’. Unfortunately due to broad accent and appearing to be a little disorganised, we felt disappointed on this occasion.

It was interesting but I found it a little too short. A stop or drive by at Marina Bay Sands would have been good. More of the city tour would have also been good. The guide was knowledgeable and funny.
