Experience the world’s tallest indoor waterfall, a breathtaking 35-meter cascade within a striking glass dome. Feel the cool mist as you explore lush tropical highlands. But the journey doesn't stop there! Walk the Cloud Walk and Treetop Walk, floating above vibrant greenery, and come face-to-face with incredible, life-sized animatronic dinosaurs from Jurassic World: The Experience. Encounter towering Brachiosauruses and brave a close encounter with a T-rex! 5.00Wow what an experience. We started with the Flower dome and didn’t expect to stay that long here however stayed ages as it was full of so many interesting plants and flowers. The Christmas displays were great. Loved the Lego train section and the wooden structures made out of plants. We also visited the Hortus cafe and the food was amazing. We then did the Jurassic park themed Cloud Forest and this was so good too. The tree top walk was spectacular and the dinosaurs were very realistic. The OCBC skywalk was brilliant although a tad scary being up so high but it was worth it for the view. The Gardens were also lovely to walk around. A great day for adults and children.

5.00Getting g the actual tickets was a nightmare!!! I couldn’t do it, had 3 people from the event trying for over 20 minutes together to ‘the ticket’ and I had to text directly to Viator to get them to send them. Very very frustrating!!!

5.00Ensure you plan to spend at least 4 hours here. The light show was fantastic and the huge domed conservatories were impressive. The rest of the park/gardens, except for the tall observatory tree, are free and enjoyed by many people.

4.00Our experience with the attractions are very positive but our experience with this particular Viator agent we purchased the tickets with is very negative. Because of this experience we will never want to use Viator anymore. The agent did not answer our phone calls and whatsapp messages before and on the day of visiting because we paid the money weeks ahead and we do not get the actual tickets. On top of this when he finally got back to us he attitude was so rude and treating us like it was our problem.

5.00The flower dome was wonderful, the array of flowers and the way it was all pulled together was excellent. Lovely to walk into the forest cloud, more refreshing and interesting but personally not a fan of Jurassic park. The skywalk was good and enabled a better view of the trees and the plants, views and concept.
