But the journey doesn't stop there! Ensure you plan to spend at least 4 hours here. The light show was fantastic and the huge domed conservatories were impressive. The rest of the park/gardens, except for the tall observatory tree, are free and enjoyed by many people.

Our experience with the attractions are very positive but our experience with this particular Viator agent we purchased the tickets with is very negative. Because of this experience we will never want to use Viator anymore. The agent did not answer our phone calls and whatsapp messages before and on the day of visiting because we paid the money weeks ahead and we do not get the actual tickets. On top of this when he finally got back to us he attitude was so rude and treating us like it was our problem.

I got a reservation, but I can't use barcodes at the on-site reception... the staff contacted trip advisor. I'm glad I changed it to a QR code.

The flower dome was wonderful, the array of flowers and the way it was all pulled together was excellent. Lovely to walk into the forest cloud, more refreshing and interesting but personally not a fan of Jurassic park. The skywalk was good and enabled a better view of the trees and the plants, views and concept.
