1.00This vendor provided tickets but absolutely no support. No information about how to find the shuttle from MRT to the venue, no information about when to expect the actual tickets (as opposed to just the voucher)—until I called 3 times to find out that the tickets would arrive NOT 24 hrs before the event but st 9pm the night before. Terrible service all the way around.

1.00The OCBC Skywalk was cancelled on the day of our tickets so we were prohibited from going on it. So we couldn’t use the tickets we paid for. We have requested a refund from the supplier but to date they have not responded to us. They have basically stolen our money. Not happy.
App is difficult to use in Asia. I would advise booking a different vendor. The tour itself was excellent.

2.00There is no tour, no guide. Just entrance tickets which are cheaper if you purchase them online yourself. It was difficult getting the actual tickets. We were finally sent tickets after trying to get them through the original email. However, when we got to Gardens by the Bay, they were not right. We needed a QR code and the ones we received had a bar code. So we had to call Viator while standing at ticket entrance to get the proper tickets. I would recommend that you do not use this tour through Viator and buy tickets for yourself on line. The actual venue was amazing and would recommend that everyone should visit!

5.00The Gardens By The Bay is a great place to visit with an expansive flower display we were here for the Spring Bloom collection. The Cloud Forest and the OCBC Sky Walk were worth the visit you have a wonderful view of the surrounding areas.
