5.00The night tour was a bit challenging for us due to jet lag. Traffic congestion after the garden show was a downside, but ending at Lau Pa Sat for local food really saved the night

5.00Jeanette our guide was fabulous , so informative without information overload . She was great in recommending vantage points for photos and took several of us as a couple ! The whole organisation from pick up at our hotel to dropping us at a hawker centre was managed seamlessly. Definitely recommend this tour!

1.00Jess was disorganized from the very start, beginning with 2 confirmation texts from 2 different numbers. I responded to the first one thinking that was sufficient but was scolded for not responding to the second one. We were picked up promptly from our hotel and eventually met up with the entire group. We boarded the boat and had a nice ride. When we were done we had to wait because one girl of the group was left behind. The entire group waited for that girl to have her boat ride. We then went to the Gardens by the Bay show, which was excellent, but she lost 2 people, one of which was in a wheelchair. To give her credit, she did try hard to find her, shouting her name for about 15 minutes. The last stop was the fountain show by the Bay. Jess just walked and said follow me but she never bothered to look back to see if she had the group with her or not. At that point we were missing 6 people. She had great nicknames for people like “wheelchair lady” “vodka man” and “Filipino family” They did all eventually show up. The itinerary is 10/10 but we give Jess a 0/10.

5.00Singapore is a compact city with very convenient public transport, so a guided tour isn’t strictly necessary unless you choose one. We were able to cover most of our own checklist independently. But this tour still offers real value as a time-saving option for those are short of time.

4.00The boat tour was interesting and gave us good information on the river district. We later returned to Clarke Quay for dinner. Both light shows were spectacular. No seats in either location made the half hour wait for each show to start difficult.

5.00The guide was informative without over-talking, which we appreciated. Both the light show at Gardens by the Bay and the water show at Marina Bay Sands were absolutely spectacular. Arriving 10–15 minutes early to choose a good viewing spot really helps, as the crowds fill up quickly.
