We booked the Singapore cruise tickets through Viator. However, the ticket emailed to us contained a barcode that was not accepted at boarding, as the staff advised that a QR code was required. As it was close to boarding time, this caused some stress. I contacted Viator’s customer service, and they kindly emailed the correct QR code ticket, which allowed us to board in time. I feel this could be improved, as providing the QR code ticket from the beginning would help avoid confusion and unnecessary stress for customers, especially when boarding times are tight.

They left early at 7:15pm when we were scheduled for 7:30. Our friends were left onshore but they did go back and get them. The tour was more like 25 minutes not 40 minutes. Also it says e-ticket but you must get a paper ticket at the booth which is confusing.

Worst customer service experience. The operator refused to let me board, even though I produced the confirmation email from trip advisor because I didn't receive a QR code with my booking. The operator confirmed that I had the correct ferry company, date and departure time but refused boarding and told me to email trip advisor and ask for a refund. The operator did not care one bit and said there are lots of other customers in the same situation who are refused as well. I give this company zero stars and will be requesting a full refund from trip advisor.

Everyone must go to this trip. The weather was good and the crowd was less. The only issue is that the place does not have Halal food

We were in the area and decided on the spur of the moment to join the cruise boat that was due to depart imminently. They waited patiently as we made our ticket purchase. The boat wasn't crowded, made one stop on the other side of the quay to collect more passengers. The tours lasted about 40mins and had a programmed audio which pointed out the main points to view. The narrative was a little childish in places but overall helpful and pointed out some things we may have missed. The trip was not expensive and quite a fun thing to do. It gives a different perspective of the buildings being on water. There was little interaction with the crew onboard yet none was necessary.
