4.00Make sure you find your QR code not your barcode before you get there. A bit frustrating to find. Cruise was great, very interesting commentary, beautiful harbour.

1.00We arrived for our 7 pm cruise on Monday 28/7. Normally the confirmation email is all we need but we had to download the app to get a QR code. We were travelling with our daughter so we had no need to get wifi on our phone except when we were at our hotel so I wasn’t able to download. We tried transferring it to our daughter’s phone but to no avail. We were repeatedly told to stand aside while they ‘heard from Viator’ . Surely a confirmation email is sufficient, it is everywhere else. Meanwhile 7pm came and went and we had to just walk away losing $141 which is what the operator wanted us to do

1.00I wouldn’t book through this company. I didn’t even use the tickets that cost me $100AUD, I ended up having to purchase alternative tickets once we arrived. We arrived, were given no instructions regarding what was going to occur except be there 1 Hr early, which we were. Stood around, trying to find out what to do. Went to the booth and they wouldn’t assist, just told us they can’t help us and to go find our “tour guide” after walking around, watching time pass and the time approach for our cruise and after lining up 3 seperate times at the cruise booth trying to get help AND trying to call the company and finding out there is no email address AND they purposely don’t allow refunds even when it’s their fault and you are there for the event but literally aren’t given proper instructions or signage, we had no choice but to forfeit what we had paid for with this company and just buy tickets at the booth. Don’t buy tickets with this company, just attend and purchase your own.
