  The ticket provider will state that tickets will be emailed to you but then only send one ticket. Then they will WhatsApp you more tickets after you had had to pay for additional tickets. Then they will say you received the tickets EVEN-THOUGH they specifically state that the tickets will be emailed to you.

• Received a redeemed/reissued tickets

  The tour operator gave our tickets to another buyer so when we were redeeming it, it was already used and we had to buy tickets again. We requested a refund but it was denied. What a scam! Just buy directly at the terminal. Easier and cheaper.

• A bad experience of my life

  I had a bad experience about this river tour when I bought the ticket online. On the day I supposed to go on the tour it rained so hard. I asked the people at the counter where they sell the ticket so what happens to the ticket I was bought. They said I can get refund or use for another the day. But I didn’t buy from them. So, I should go back and talk to them. Which is I did. But, they told me I can go another day but no refunds. Unfortunately, that was my last day trip to Singapore. One thing I noticed they sold the ticket more expensive than at the counter too. So, it texted back and forth between me and their customers service. Finally, I decided to let it go. I assumed that money I lost at casino. The bottom line. My story just try to help whoever buy tickets online should be careful which website you are going to purchase the tickets. Beside, Singapore almost rain almost every day I was there. So, it is better to purchase tickets at the counter than online. Because, if it is going to rain on that day they will not sell you the ticket. In that way you will not loss the money.

  Great trip with a great waterside view of Marina Bay. Well worth the money and would recommend anyone to take the tour.

  The cruise was good. But when they sent the ticket bu whatsapp I only received 3 tickets when I did order 4. When asking where the 4th ticket was, the person replying on whatsapp told me 1 ticket was for 2 children. Which is not true. I asked again and didn't get a reply. Luckily the lady at the counter agreed to give me the fourth ticket. Only after did I received it from them. Also note that the ticket needs to be presented at the counter to het a physical one. Which can take time, so arrive earlier.
