The so called ticket we received from Vistor did not work. We spent a frustrating half an hour trying to got sort that out then had to queue again for a boat. The time on the ticket is irrelevant. Cruise ship passengers take priority and it is chaotic. I think if I hadn’t complained we would still have been waiting. The boat is really full and we could t hear any commentary. It is the absolute worst tho g we did in Singapore

We went on the 19.30 sailing which was ideal to see the city turn from day to night. Really useful informative video playing on the boat too with bags of info about what you're seeing. Good value experience 😊

A 40 minute very informative cruise on Singapore River. We were booked for 2.00 but they let us on to an earlier trip as there was space available. Crew were great and offered to take photos of passengers on the passengers’ phones. Highly recommend

It was a great experience, amazing to see the city from the water. I would recommend doing the tour at night as I think the city looks more impressive than in the day. Arrived at pick up location at 18:50, we had booked for a cruise slot at 19:00. There was a queue of about 30-40 people when we arrived, so we couldn’t fit on the boat that left at 19:00, instead we got on a boat that left at 19:20, I would recommend getting on a boat around this time so that it’s daylight when you get on the boat but night time by the time you get to the city.

We were fortunate to pick a clear evening. Everything was good. Wonderful views of Marina Bay and surroundings at night.
