Booked for night but before night it’s finished so lights are not bright enough to enjoy the real night cruise

The boat traveled along the river and marina but didn't travel around the botanical garden. We paid extra for a 7:30 pm cruise but were hurried onto an earlier general admission cruise. The description online indicates the cruise travels around the botanical garden. We were disappointed to miss that part as well as the laser light show.

We needed a QR to ride the boat. All we got was a bar code. They would not take a bar code. We had to pay cash. Can we get refund?

Description says ‘continue to Gardens by the Bay’ - we didn’t even get there. Trip only lasted 30 minutes when description promised 40 minutes. We paid in good faith and were looking forward to it, queuing felt chaotic and disorganised we were very disappointed and as tourists we felt taken advantage of.

Our tickets did not specify 3:00 pm, which was the agreed time, and the boat operator tried to push us off to 4:00 pm, notwithstanding that we were in line well in advance of 3:00 pm. I had to press the issue, which I do not like to have to do.

We booked the Singapore cruise tickets through Viator. However, the ticket emailed to us contained a barcode that was not accepted at boarding, as the staff advised that a QR code was required. As it was close to boarding time, this caused some stress. I contacted Viator’s customer service, and they kindly emailed the correct QR code ticket, which allowed us to board in time. I feel this could be improved, as providing the QR code ticket from the beginning would help avoid confusion and unnecessary stress for customers, especially when boarding times are tight.
