⬪ Singing Bowl Therapy | Pre-Session Guidelines To help you fully relax and enjoy your healing journey, please take note of the following: 1. If you are currently pregnant or have recently undergone surgery or major medical treatment, kindly inform the therapist in advance so that the bowl placement and sound intensity can be adjusted accordingly. 2. It is recommended to wait at least one hour after eating before beginning the session to avoid discomfort. 3. Please wear loose, soft clothing without buttons or zippers, allowing the bowls to be placed directly and stably on the body. 4. Avoid wearing necklaces, bracelets, rings, or earrings during the session to prevent sound interference or accidental contact. 5. Kindly switch off or silence your mobile phone during the session to allow yourself a quiet, uninterrupted experience. We look forward to sharing this peaceful sound journey with you.

5.00In this fast and noisy world, I thought I was already used to the busyness and pressure, until I met Ray, the singing bowl teacher…After finishing my beginner and intermediate courses, I finally understood..the heart can be as soft as a calm lake, and the soul can be gently embraced by sound, slowly finding its way back home. Now, after work, I singing bowls for myself,letting my tired body and mind return to peace and balance…I also singing for my family, sharing this calm and love with them..I singing for my friends,so they can have a moment of rest in the sound…Even for my cats,watching them fall asleep peacefully made me realize.. this is not only healing..it is also a flow of love…Thank you, Ray, for your warmth and guidance,for teaching me how to bring healing into my life, and bring peace to the people I love… and to myself…
